How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. December 16th's Gold Reward

    So, usually a friend of mine plays on my account, so I can log later and play Draft with her. What happened this time was: She looged into my account, mentioned we got free Gold today and, as I tried to log and play with her, she was still in my account, and said Gold Reward was taken out of my account because, when I tried to log into the game, it appeared errors involving connection issues.

  2. The Arena store is completely non-functional on Mac.

    1. To reproduce the bug: Trying to purchase anything in the store with money, or clicking on "change payment method", results in the spinning "waiting for the server" icon, which stays there forever and never resolves.
    2. I'm on Mac. A 2019 MacBook Pro, running Sonoma, which otherwise runs the game perfectly.
    3. The results are that I can't buy anything.
    4. I'd expect to be able to buy something with money.
    5. No point adding a screenshot of the "waiting for the server" screen, I assume you know what it looks like.
    6. Googling the problem lead me to a Reddit thread where someone said…

  3. When opening a Mythic pack I received a rare wildcard instead of a Mythic card

  4. Gem Store

    I went to purchase the £44.99 which i believe is 9200 gems. It came up with the error...

    "Error: you already own this item"

    "Store Error: Store purchase failed duplicate transaction"

    It only happens with this gem pack.
    I am using android mobile and android tablet. Both Samsung. I have tried:

    -restarting game.
    -restarting phone.
    -uninstalling game app.

    On both devices.

    I already reported this to customer service who told me to post here.

  5. I can't acces the MGTA store

    I'm having a problem with accessing the mgta store. When I click on store-gems-purchase the page then gets stuck forever on "waiting for server", instead of going to the payment page. I use a MAC . As a result i can't purchase any gems which in the long run will leave me uncompetitive. I haven't found any workarounds.

  6. Received a Rare in a Mythic Rare Avatar pack

    I purchased a Mythic Rare pack in Avatar, no Mythic Rare in the pack.

    Purchased only 1 pack
    I would like the extra 300 gold I spent for the pack returned to me, please?

  8. Store non-functional on Mac

    Quite a few people have posted about being unable to purchase anything in the store using actual money (as opposed to gems or gold). Still, nothing seems to be happenig on this front, and it's not even in the "Known Issues" list. Really, people, do you not want this program to be monetized at all?

    I paid for cosmetic in arena ,I paid 2,500 gold for appa the pet and when i go put appa in my profile it says its locked and i did not buy it ,I spent 2,500 gold fr something and now cant even use it

    cannot proceed to payment page afgter clicking the amount of desired gems to purchase. it says waiting for server forever and the game would stuck there and i couldnt even exit the game or click anywhere to cancel.

    Purchased YEOE packs from the store and I'm not receiving YEOE cards in them, what gives? It's really disappointing to save up gold for so long only to not get the cards you want.

  15. Unable to purchase items in the store

    About 99% of the time, I have to reboot Arena to purchase anything from the store. However, today even rebooting Arena and rebooting my Mac computer doesn't work. I would like to get the Avatar Pass Bundle before the offer ends, but I get a "Waiting for Server" error whenever I try to buy it. Thank you.

  17. Opening Gems in Packs without having the full set

    Hello, I just bought 45 packs, and opened 48 packs for Through the Omenpaths. I received a single gem even though I had no other cards from this set. I'm still missing most of the Rare cards in the set.

  20. Cannot Purchase Through Store on Mac

    Any time I try to purchase anything through the store I get a spinning wheel and a message saying "waiting for server" that never brings me to the payment screen. Have been trying off and on since August and have not been able to purchase anything. Using the Mac version.
