4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Arena Mastery Pass Not Providing Rewards
I purchased the Mastery Pass and didn't get a lot of the rewards. I didn't get 3 of the packs I should have gotten while progressing in the levels, I did not get any of the Mythic card rewards either, and I'm still missing 400 gems in total.
What do I do? My account name is TheNew and my email is thenewestgear@gmail.com

mastery orb card missing from collection
I spent a Mastery Orb on an Overlord of the Mistmoors a few weeks ago (as you can see in the first picture, since there's no white overlord to select with my new 2nd orb).
But if we look in my card list the card is nowhere to be found.And this isn't the first time, another time I got an Ocelot Pride as a reward, and it just vanished immediately, so I have no pictures to prove it. My premium pass is not being counted, only the free one, I want my benefits if I paid for the pass, I didn't receive them from reward 5, that is, 2 premium benefits that I didn't have access to and that were mine by right

Didnt recieve cards from new player decks. Deck names empty.

No puedo reclamar mis codigos de caja de presentacion de la expasion cimientos
El errror me da cuando en MTG Arena o desde mi perfil de wizards intento canjear los codigos promocionales de 4 cajas de 5 cajas que ge comprado del pack de presentacion de la expansion cimientos. Ayer canjeé un codigo y me dieron los 7 sobres en el juego, pero cuando intento canjear los 4 restantes no me deja. Por lo que tengo entendido, existia el limite hasta 5, por lo que no entiendo porque no me deja los 4 restantes que me faltan y no han sido utilizados

対戦したりストアに入ったりするとフリーズする
2024/9/14に、PCでアップデートをインストール後、ストアに入るたびにフリーズするようになってしまいました。
その後、BO3で対戦中も、フリーズが起き、サイドボードになったらフリーズしてサイドチェンジが全くできませんでした。
インストール前は全くそんなことは起きませんでした。

Duplicate Protection Not Working
Today, I purchased FDN packs with gems I paid real money for. Duplicate protection was not working and I recieved duplicates of cards that I completed or had some of in earlier sets. Support told me to post here, even though this is a purchase that needs addressed and not just a bug report.
I now have
5 Giada, Font of Hope (4 SNC, 1 FDN)
5 Doubling Season (2 some old set, 3 FDN)
7 Painful Quandary (4 TBW, 3 FDN)

Duskmourn: House of Horror Mastery Emporium
Hello. I've got a problem with the mastery emporium i currently have 15 mastery orbs but the master emporium coming up with no items available. This started after i was awarded the item that i hadn't received from the pass yet. Just contacting as concerned i wont be able to get all items from the emporium before it goes in 6 days time.

Psychic Frog Hideaway left store early
Psychic Frog's Hideaway said we had 4 hours left to use it. I bought it and started redeeming tickets. Starting at 11 AM EST, I received internal errors and when I closed out the program and brought it back, the store is gone despite having 3+ hours left (according to in game message) and hundreds of tickets left to spend. Please re-enable or refund this purchase.

Pioneer Masters Mythic Packs are bugged
(1) When openig Pioneer Masters mythic packs, I keep getting gems instead of missing mythic cards. (I invest 260 gems just to get 40 back instead of a mythic card).
(2) Your support-team should not be called support. No one is dealing with my issue. I was asking for a refund but I was just beeing ignored. You're all a bunch of frauds.
(3) I reported this issue twice in the customer support section. The first time, I was ignored, the second time I was told to report it here. I'm quite sure, it wil be ignored as well.

Daily deals have gone missing for multiple days.
There are daily deals but me and some other unfortunates are not getting any deals for multiple days now.
I tried reisntalling and multiple times reloading the store (clikcing off and back on "store") no luck from both.

Improved warnings for new players / customers
Would appreciate improved warnings for new players/customers or a way to get the money back, to buy something else for unused cards. As I was new to the game, I bought some Pioneer Masters cards for 100€ and I haven't noticed the tiny warning, that these cards can't be played. I just wanted to buy some cards to play alchemy or standart. The warning has also the same colour as the edition itself, so its even harder to spot the tiny warning, which is only above the purchaseable packs. Mastery pass rewards mostly came through now, but from what I noticed so far was that mythic wild cards are still not rewarded.
