As of 2021 09 17, the official rules page https://magic.wizards.com/en/game-info/gameplay/rules-and-formats/rules still has the rule set from 2021 07 12.
Where can I get a the Comprehensive Rules of Magic with the new Innistrad mechanics?

Is your Monster a Top or Bottom? - Revenge of the Drowned
Android Nord200, Magic Arena - Draft Duel
My opponent used Revenge of the Drowned on my monster. I had to choose whether to put it on the top or bottom of my deck. The game gave me the choice of decline for take action, take action put it on the top of my deck. I assume decline would put it on the bottom of my deck. Can this be changed in the card text or the can the choice text be changed?

(Japenese)Mistranslated cards in Forgotten Realms
I lost a play mistake caused by a mistranslation of a Japanese card at the Premiere de Frat in the Forgotten Realms expedition.

No rule description for "decayed" in PT-BR
There is no rule description for "decayed" cards in PT-BR. It only shows "Decomposto", but doesn't explains what it does.

Xanathur
Hi there. I was recently in a sealed game where my opponent had xanathur on the field. I decided to block his creature with the intention of casting manticore at the end of my opponents turn to kill it. I was unable to do so, but given the wording on xanathurs text that was unclear. Xanathur states that the opponent is unable to cast spells until the end of your turn, however the effect should state "unable to cast spells during your turn". As its worded now, you get the impression you should be able to cast at the end…

Strict Proctor isn't properly worded.
I just played against this card and failed to realize what it was actually going to do because whoever wrote this doesn't understand English.
"Permanent entering the battlefield causes a triggered ability to trigger, counter that ability unless its controller pays 2"
Key words: "causes a triggered ability to trigger".
I play banishing light on a minion, it gets canceled because i didn't pay 2 land. But this card isn't causing a triggered ability to be triggered. It's just an ability. Nothing else is being triggered.
The key words would imply things like, card text abilities on minions. Eg, things…

j'allais gagner mon match au tour suivant, survivant à ce tour en tuant la 4/4 avec mon Fracture. Sauf que je n'ai pas pu le jouer. C'est pourtant bien un éphémère. J'ai depuis découvert qu'il s'agit d'une erreur de traduction et qu'on ne peut pas cibler une créature.

Japanse Translation Issue when Leather Armor is equipped.
When I equip the Leather Armor, I get a message that says something like "Translation required. It gets even worse when you pile on the Ward.

cards in portuguese do not show the word WARD, but show a incomprehensible text

Serious Korean translation error
So far, there have been several errors in the Korean translation, most of which have not been fixed. However, this new pack has added serious translation errors, so we can't stand it any longer.
The original effect of the first room of the "dungeon of the mad mage" is 'Each player loses 1 life'. However, the Korean version has the opposite effect: 'Each player gains 1 life'.
It's a serious problem, but it hasn't been fixed in game or anywhere on the official site yet.
We would appreciate it if you could solve this serious problem.

Demonic Gifts Portuguese Translation Issue
Opponent cast a Demonic Gifts on his Grim Draugr as it was targeted by a Tundra Fumarole. The creature died and come into play untapped instead of tapped. The card reads "Até o final do turno, a criatura alvo recebe +2/+0 e ganha “Quando esta criatura morrer, devolva-a ao campo de batalha virada sob o controle de seu dono”, which means the creature would enter the battlefield tapped.

Trumpeting Gnarr Mutate Cost error.
Iymrith, Desert Doom Ward Ability Error.
Similar bugs occur on other cards that temporarily get Ward.

[Japanese] Mistranslation: Placeholder are displayed on the mastery time limit.
In Japanese, placeholder is displayed on mastery tab.

French text of Strixhaven card named "Fracture" is incorrect.
It says "Détruisez un artefact ciblé, une créature ciblée ou un planeswalker ciblé."
The english version of this card says "target enchantment" instead of "target creature."
