How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Idea: Allow me to tell my opponent when my game is lagging.
Often the game is lagging so much I cannot play my turn, but the timer still goes down, and I still get messages from my opponent saying "Your turn!" and all I can say in response is "I'm thinking" which is not true, I know exactly what I want to play, I just cannot play it. I don't like that my opponent thinks I'm taking forever just to play a land. I'd like to be able to say "Sorry, game is lagging!" in response to "Your turn!".

Idea to help with mana screwed/flush
Mulligan can work to a point, but can still result in being mana screwed, which is no fun. I don't like quitting games due to mana screwed, but it's not fun if I cant do anything, and having players quit in the first 2 turns in no fun either; I'm sure others feel the same. In the inital draw phase, can you add a feature where if both players check a "reshuffle" box, both redraw full hands? Because starting a match with only 4 cards is no fun. And/or an option where you can ask the opponent to allow you…

Hold for ransom
Hold for ransom was played on my creature by my opponent. I equipped citizen Crowbar on the same creature, then used it to destroy Hold for Ransom". Immediately all my permanents were destroyed and placed in the graveyard.... and lost on the next turn.

"did you have fun?" feedback question should pop up when you concede
I've only been asked if i enjoyed matches that have completed with neither person conceding.
I'm sure i speak for everyone when i say that the least enjoyable matches are the basic infinite combo stupid massive life gain or extra turn nonsense that will usually go on forever because the true wincon of these decks is "be obnoxious and boring until opponent concedes"
ask us if we had fun when we cocede because nobody will wait 45 min watching some sad lonely person play by themselves for the slight chance they might be able to give negative feedback which may…2 votes -
Imagine a world where I have my packs... NOW!
Soooo I preordered some Phyrexia all will be one packs and I reeeeeeallly want to open them now and there's nothing that says I can't but I'm still locked from opening them. I just want to bust open some packs on the day it says it's going to be out whether it's midnight or not. PLEEEEAAASE I'm just a little guy and it's my birthday!

Gold packs assign rares badly
Gold packs assign rares in a bad way for people nearing set completion, to the extent that it makes purchasing the mastery pass bad value for money.
This is based on my experience at the start of ONE. It appears to randomise the rare using the following algorithm "randomise set - > randomise rare from set". This is a bad algorithm for anyone nearing set completion as it will assign a set irrespective of how close you are to rare complete. Gold packs would work much better if instead they assigned rares by looking at all all currently currently missing…

Tainted Pact Slow, Remove Animation?
Tainted Pact feels very slow to resolve. Even if you don't run out of time, it feels very tedious to click through each card with a 1 second delay between each. If the animation could be removed completely so that there is not delay between declining the current card, and being shown the next card, that would be better than watching an animation that doesn't add anything. Its probably also not very fun to play against.

I absolutely love what you haven't fixed in Magic: The Gathering Arena; Magic is a game powered by obnoxious rare and mythic cards with thoroughly unfun planeswalkers. The horrid wildcard system in Magic: The Gather Arena just perpetuates the spiral into unfun ... after four years of playing online I quit ... Sheoldred is just too obnoxious and the drafts are so dominated by Mystic Archive style artifacts that I just don't want to play anymore ... Game isn’t as desirable now that I can’t play my own audio
Your game is no longer desirable to play without being able to play my own audio such as music or podcasts. Since implementing a change to takeover audio, I rarely feel like playing. I certainly won’t play for as long. Bring back being able to play and listen to your own audio.

Add a achievements system with rewards and Profil stats
For Example when you have 50 Hp or 15 creature on battlefield etc ..

Playground rulebreaks aren't fun
It's a trope at this point. That schoolyard moment where a kid who is losing declares they can't lose, because reasons. For reasons beyond understanding you continue to put that into your game. This is written in the context of a game that really serves to drill in the point. It was looking bad, down to half health already, but, a turnaround. Game isn't fun for me anymore. too much removal, countering.
The pioneer games I've played recent aren't fun. There's so much black removal and blue countering, I can't even play my cards.. I might get a creature out one turn before it gets instant removed. The game is no longer fun for me. I'm uninstalling. You guys have screwed up the balance... and you're nickel and diming your player base.

Ukraine Flag Sleeve (Humanitarian Aid Fundraiser)
Given the current situation in Ukraine maybe you could make a sleeve of the Ukrainian flag available in the MTG Arena store, with proceeds going to either the Ukrainian Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, or the UN's Ukraine Humanitarian Fund. You could even make multiple listings for the same sleeve at different price points so people could donate as little or as much as they want, maybe even a free option for those who can't donate, but still want to show their support.

Mastery XP not adding to my account
Hi, it's been a second day in a row when I finish a daily quest, my Android client correctly shows an XP and gold reward but the mastery progress is stuck on 675XP and level 42. And I don't get any level up.
I think I've lost 2 levels already which is kinda frustrating in a light of recent price hike.I've got a client version 2023.26.10.1941.1006246

I played serra paragon with indomitable creativity and I chose protection from instants. Serra paragon has no protection from instant. I lose.
