How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Before I uninstalling MtG: Arena, I couldn't open Shop or Mastery due to "Crashing with a Unity Window (red exclamation point)". I uninstall MtG: Arena and re-installing it back. Now, I can't login with either timeout or "Failed to Drop Other Attach" error. What to do?

  2. The Haunt of Hightower edit

    Alchemy edit for "The Haunt of Hightower" edit. As is, it is too high MV for only 3 toughness and no ETB. I suggest you give it an opponent discards a card on ETB or make it 5 MV or give it 4 toughness. I honestly think giving it the discard ETB in addition to one of the other two options wouldn't be too overpowered.

  3. Ultra wide resolution needs to be supported in 2021

    Hi,
    It is about time 21:9 resolutions are supoorted, there are many players using this type of monitors and having 2 big bars on the sides is not a good option.

  4. Allow selection from hand to use same UI as select from graveyard

    When you have 7 or fewer cards in hand, picking from the hand UI is fine. When you have more in hand, it would be great to be able to switch to the graveyard-style selector with a slider. It would also be nice if you could automatically sort the cards in hand by type/mana value/color

  5. BRL - Shop

    First, great job with the Magic! Great Game!

    I would like to know if you have plans to make the "shop" of the game with the local currency, in this case, Brazil. Because all the itens are charged in dolars, if it could be done in "reais - BRL" would be great for us.

  6. Youre forcing people to find the most cost efficient cards, and whatever YOU make most efficient wins. You need to release the controls.

    The corporation's control over the game is boring and stale, you needto diversify what CAN win by reducing the cost of mana artifacts and increasing their availability. This will diversify the top and allow people more freedom to bring anything at all to a tournament. People are so sick of black doing the same murder creatures in every set since the beginning and when the company decided to make it a creature oriented game, that made black more powerful and imbalanced the system.   7. Faceless Haven is Bugged in Deckbuilder

    Adding Faceless Haven to a Historic Deck, even if I rebuild the deck from scratch, once I approve the deck, the game changes the deck type to "Direct Challenge" which then makes Faceless Haven illegal and the deck is invalid. If I go back into the deck, the deck mode dropdown is then locked, and can't change it back to Historic.

    Rebuild the deck again from scratch with a new deck slot. Add the Alchemy version of Faceless Haven. Again, once I click "ok" and finish the deck, when I go to play it, the game itself has changed the…

  8. Quick Draft Bots Are Ridiculous

    I am repeatedly facing basically better versions of what I've tried to build. Often with far better card synergy and more rares/uncommons at their disposal. Every pack I pull is completely different and incompatible with trash rares. Whatever algorithm you have at work here is blatantly learning towards the AI.

    I tried to make a blue/black Zombie deck. Why don't you tell me the statistical odds of the THREE BOTS IN A ROW I play against also being blue/black zombie decks with better card synergy AND more rares at their disposal? It doesn't even seem like they participated in the…

  9. Suggestion - make vault more fun!

    The vault gives the same thing every time - a few helpful but totally boring wildcards. The first time I earned a vault I was excited, but when I saw what was in it I totally stopped caring about them.

    Suggestion: Add something to the vault that is specific and fun! In addition to the wildcards given, you could also earn 3 random cosmetics and 1 random pack of cards from an older format. Anything to make it not just winning a blank canvas. Maybe a chance to win a draft token or event entry or something.

  12. Consider reintroducing the "Astral" set.

    The 1996 Microprose MTG game had a set of 12 cards that could only exist in the digital space of the game, since they could not be rendered through tabletop.

    With Alchemy being a new dedicated "Digital-only" platform, it would be a fun easter-egg to reintroduce these cards for the Alchemy format, even with some modification to suit today's game.

    Here's why I'm making a deal with myself to stop playing the game:

    When I log in on a MacBook Air, through the Epic Games Store, almost every single opponent appears to be running third party software with cheats. I see things where the counting rules go wrong, or absolute numerical impossibilities where it becomes a mathematical necessity to claim that my deck had been shuffled silently. Every time I observe a cheat, I concede as fair sport, and then see that text in the game menu has been blacked out - that part is a dead ringer for third…

  14. Missing Cards After Opening Packs

    opened packs and received 3 Planeswalkers and only have 1 in my collection. I could also be missing other cards as I did not check the entire log vs my collection as there were a ton of packs.

  15. Mythic rare does not appear.

    I opened 50 packs after the last mythic rare came out, but no mythic rare came out.(Two mythic wilds are out.)

    The probability is significantly different from the published probability, and it is difficult to understand if you are unlucky.

    There seems to be something wrong with the pack opening algorithm.

    Also, I would like you to set the maximum number of packs that mythic rares will appear according to the probability, such as making sure that one mythic rare appears by 8 packs.

    また、8パックまでに必ず1枚神話レアが出るようにするなど、確率に沿うように神話レアが出る上限のパック数を設定してほしいです。

  17. Optional Monthly Subscription Implementation

    The economy in Arena is abysmal. The ability to play different competitive decks is a huge challenge for a budget player how does not want to spend money on a digital card game as if it’s an actual physical card game. I purpose, as a solution, an implementation of an optional subscription service that gives players all copies of cards in the game so long as the subscription is paid. Ideally the subscription would not be at odds with season passes or cosmetics because a) a player could still add to their personal collection that is separate from the subscription…

  19. Wrong card tooltip / Incorrect calculation: Discover the Formula > Split Cards / Commit // Memory

    The ingame calculation is wrong when using "Discover the Formula" in historic.
    When you fetch a split card, in my case "Commit // Memory" both halves of the card get "This spell perpetually costs 1 less to cast".

    BUT:
    The Mana costs get reduced twice for each split part of the card.
    Commit costs 1U and Memory costs 2UU.
    Each split half has the phrase "this costs 1 less to cast" twice on their half, so 4 times in total on the card.

    Commit was blue-bordered, ready to cast, when i had 2 mana open.
