Jump-In quest not completing correctly
I started the Jump-In event with 1 of those 3 tokens the game gifted me, won some games but the counter was stuck on 1/3, so I left the event, spent another token and won another game but nothing, the quest counter was stuck at 1/3! I did it one more time, spending my last token, and I had the same result. Now I'm out of tokens and can't continue with the blue quests.
Could you please refund me the tokens so I can wait for a fix with those saved for later? Thank you in advance.

iPad crash
The app close automatically when I try to play a game. When I reopen it, the it’s in “waiting a player” and crash again. No problem in shop, deck.

Can no longer play arena after Tuesday’s update on PC or ios
Can no longer play arena after Tuesday’s update on PC or iOS. Tried unstalling and reinstalling several times. Nothing works. Please help. See uploaded error message

ICRs not being assigned after update
After the latest update (18.07.23), individual card rewards for completing dailies are not being assigned anymore, at least on mobile on Android. Experience and gold are handed out fine.

Audio Bug: Audio desyncs then no audio
Since July 2022 update, after playing a few short games or even one long game, audio becomes de-synced, and then audio cues stop playing, then all audio drops out. Restarting the program fixes it until it happens again after just a few matches. No other problems with game, my audio, or my PC.

Bug in Direct Challenge mode
Unable to play in Direct Challenge Mode tonight with my wife. Other formats (such as Midweek Magic) worked fine, but DC mode just timed out with "network error" bug

Faith Unbroken bug
An opponent exiled my creature with Faith Unbroken and later bounced the creature that Faith Unbroken was attached to. However despite leaving the battlefield Faith Unbroken did not return my creature.

Midweek magic
Midweek magic on Arena is a great idea but could be improved. For example, almost every month there's an event that repeats something that is regularly available such as Standard or Alchemy. These should be replaced with Pauper and Artisan, which are a ton of fun and a great entry point for new players. Also, too much Momir!

MTG Arena Games Crashing Since 2024.33.71 Patch on iPad/IOS
MTG Arena has worked perfectly for me on my iPad (IOS) up until the 2024.33.71 patch yesterday. Since the patch, when I play a game, I quickly crash to "desktop". When I log back in, I return to the game only to crash back to desktop immediately. Restarting the device does not help. Never had a problem like this prior to the patch. Outside of actual games, Arena seems to be working normally.

Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress
I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

Kamigawa Neon Dynasty full art lands with stylized kanji are not being displayed correctly in matches and the deckbuilder. The kanji and mana symbol textures on these lands are completely missing.

Frequent Crash
MtG Arena crashes very frequently after the update on January 30th. The crashes happen anytime when playing. Especially just after the matching, during sideboarding, and at the end of the sideboarding.
I bought the pre-order sets for MKM but cannot fully enjoy the new cards because of the crashes. I lost several games due to the crashes. In addition, I cannot take part in the paid events being afraid of the crashes.
I play MtGA on iPhone 13 (iOS 16.1.1) with Wifi. The strage has enough (80GB) empty space. I’ve done restarting the phone, updating the OS, updating the App,…

Sparky bug in main menu
Sparky continues to say the phrase that I went through training with single-color decks. Moreover, he says this phrase every time I go to the main menu. I completed the event with two-color decks and in the settings menu I chose to complete the training. All two-color decks have been transferred to my deck database. But Sparky keeps saying this phrase when entering the main menu. This is a little annoying

chorus counter not increasing properly on chorus cards
This bug doesn't occur every game, I am unsure what conditions activate it. I play a deck with surveil and explore mechanics. Sometimes a few of my chorus cards don't update, while others do; for example I'll have "Collossal chorus" in my hand, play "mycellic Ballad" and the chorus counter on "Collossal chorus" remains at 2. In the same game, I draw a Collossal Chorus whoch does reflect the count increase.

Game crashes when I cast Koma, Cosmos Serpent while playing on iPhone
Every time I cast Koma Cosmos Serpent while playing MTG Arena on my iPhone, not only does it immediately crash but it will continue to crash as soon as it reloads. This is infuriating.

Spark Reward for "Jump In" not progressing properly
Spark Reward for "Jump In" is supposed to increment each time you complete a "Jump In". The first time I do it it progresses properly from 0/3 to 1/3. The second time I complete a "Jump In" it doesn't increment from 1/3 to 2/3, instead it stays at 1/3. The third time I complete a "Jump In" it progresses from 1/3 to 0/3. I have reported this bug twice already to you and you haven't resolved it.

Client crash with blood token.
the client crashes as soon as a blood token is created during a game, it makes no difference whether this happens if I do it or if my opponent does it: it is not a graphical bug, as you want to pass off all those that occurred after the last update, but an error that it prevents me from playing paid events, since I systematically lose the game.
