How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Unable to cast Mystical tether with flash off of Siphon Insight

    I cast a Siphon Insight, which exiled my opponent's Mystical Tether. Siphon Insight says I may cast the spell and may spend mana as though it is any color to cast it. Mystical Tether says I can cast it as though it has flash if I spend two additional mana, but arena wouldn't let me cast the spell at instant speed. Unless there is some ruling I'm unaware of, there should be no reason as to why I can't cast mystical tether at instant speed for an additional two.

  2. Ojer Axonil / OoTJ Damage Lands

    Ojer Axonil does not increase the damage of the new damage target lands from Outlaws of Thunder Junction.

    1. Have Ojer Axonil on field
    2. Drop any red damage land (Abraded Bluffs, Bristling Backwoods, etc)
    3. Expected 4, actual 1.

    Not sure if because lands don't count as color sources

  3. Error with the Nazgul

    I was playing a match against a Nazgul deck. There were two Nazgul in play when the player cast a third Nazgul, which I countered so it never entered the battlefield. The two Nazgul still received the +1/+1 counters as if the third Nazgul had entered the battlefield.

  4. Bypass playing decks over 60 cards

    Players should be able to select that they only want to play 60 card decks (if players don't care then this won't affect them). Too many 100+ card decks in the play queue. I rarely see 100+ card decks in ranked play.

  5. 2/2 trample deathtouch blocked by 2/2 caused player damage

    Had a 1/1 tiny bones pickpocket (w/ +1/+1 counter) given trample by bear mount blocked by a 2/2 Stubborn Burrowfiend.

    Should have blocked completely and no player damage triggered however the Tiny Bones action triggered after combat.

    Should not have triggered player damage. Lost a draft game because of it.

  6. barracks of thousand

    Barracks of the thousand does not trigger when Cryptic Coat is cast.

    Cryptic Coat is an artifact
    Barracks of the Thousand states "When ever you cast an artifact or creature spell using mana produced by Barracks of the Thousand, create a white Gnome Soldier artifact creature token..."

    However when using Barracks to the Thousand with Crypic coat, it will not trigger the ability

  7. luxurious

    Player was killing my new two creatures, so I used them to crew Luxurious Locomotive (two creatures). I moved to attack step and attacked but received no treasures when I should have received two. Gatherer indicates "Luxurious Locomotive’s triggered ability counts each creature that crewed it this turn, including creatures that are no longer on the battlefield as the ability resolves," so I should still have received those treasures despite the creatures having left the battlefield.

  8. Can't play desert after activating Taii Wakeen, Perfect shot.

    I tapped all my land on the field to activate the ability of taii, but then the game would not allow me to play the Desert I had just drawn to win the game.

  9. Calamity triggers

    Calamity, Galloping Inferno, when saddling a creature and opponent has a planeswalker out, only 1 token is being made instead of 2. I've heard this also happens if opponent is defending a battle. I was on Android mobile when this happened. I believe this happens since it wants you to chose where the tokens are attacking but then doesn't produce the second token

  10. workshop elders

    Bug:
    PC:
    Workshop Elders' effect doesn't work. It turns noncreature artifacts into 0/0 creatures and kills them instead of adding four +1/+1 counters.

  11. Cactarantula drew too many cards

    I had Ertha Jo, Frontier Mentor and a High Noon. No other creatures worth noting.
    I sacrificed High Noon, which was doubled with Ertha Jo's ability.
    First target was the opponent's Cactarantula, the second was their Rodeo Pyromancers. (If it matters when replicating this which one you target first.) Those are the only permanents my opponent had in play, so nothing else I'm missing.
    Somehow the opponent drew 2 cards from this.
    Either Ertha's doubling effect bugged their Cactarantula effect, or maybe my doubled up ability caused them to draw 2 even though the second copy then targeted something else.

  13. Crime

    Targeted a enemy creature with Tyrant's Scorn (bounce effect), enemy creature was returned to hand but Crime didn't trigger. So my overzealous muscle died and I lost the game.

  14. Improve user readibility

    Constantly having to count mana or damage is extremely annoying when there is a large number of cards of the battlefield. I've had so many misplays not "happy accidents" because I wasn't able to clearly see or calculate how much damage I was taking or what mana I had available. This really needs to be added to improve gameplay. I'm sick and tired of losing a game because I can't see the battlefield and count while the **** timer is ticking down.

  15. MUlligan after keeping 7

    I was in standard play and chose to keep my opening hand and it asked me to out one back after I accepted. Essentially forced me to keep 6 of my opening 7.

  16. The card wasn’t used right

    I was doing a match and my opponent uses this card in the picture below it says your opponent (me) draws seven cards if I cast a spell but I didn’t do that all I did was summon a creature on the field and it activates which didn’t make sense.

  17. Koma

    When Koma is cast, it crashes the app (I’m using a 9th Gen iPad) and I cannot return to gameplay until the current games ‘times’ out. It happens every time and has been happening for the past 6 months or so. It looks like it’s an issue for many other users as well, so I have nothing more to add that hasn’t been brought up already.

  19. Improve Matchmaking

    Please improve matchmaking. It's impossible to find the same deck type in each format all the time. It is clear that matchmaking is flawed and needs to be recalibrated. It makes very boring and dull the game experience.
