How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

battle pass progression system
because of the battle pass progression system everyone only plays meta-decks and there is no room for brewed decks, most of the EXP comes from wins. take a look how it works in Apex Legends (they have one of the best battle pass systems), there you get the MOST EXP FOR PLAYTIME and only a little for wins, kills and assists. additionally there are some weekly and daily quests just like in arena.

Danger Fblthp Gives Empty Packs
I opened Arena to play and immediately received 2x of this weird evil Danger Fblthp in black and white. I claimed him, and it apparently was a card? I checked my card collection and it wasn’t there. I then checked my notifications and I had received a notification from this same Danger Fblthp. He offered me 3 generic packs and I accepted. I opened them all at once and received a blank screen, but my gold wildcard progressed once. I then checked my card collection and I gained around 8x different Murders cards. I’m on an iPhone X256gb.

Land font not shown
Land font and graphic not shown.
After the resent update (29JAN2024) Basic Land with Japanese Kanji font and Character (ex; designed by Amayagido) is not shown.4 votes -
"First" card identification not working
With the latest set, it seems the system is no longer recognizing when I already have a card. This also applies to previous sets now. I've opened packs and have seen many cards displayed as "First" that I already have four of. This is significantly impacting my vault progress. I don't want to open the packs I've purchased until this problem is resolved.

Cavernous Maw Japanese translation incorrect
洞窟めいた大口のクリーチャー化能力での参照する洞窟の数が自身を含んでいません。
英語にするとotherが書かれているのでむしろ日本語翻訳が間違ってるみたいです。The number of caves referenced by the Cavernous Maw's ability to turn into a creature does not include itself.
When translated into English, it says "other", so it seems like the Japanese translation is incorrect.

daily deals
I purchased a card during yesterdays, "daily deals". I still do NOT have the card. its been over 8 hours.

duplicate protection
Duplicate protection is not working. I still have some rare and mythic cards missing in my LOTR, WAR and ELD collection but when I am opening packs I'm getting only gems.

Deck building quick draft basic land option (forest) disappears
Whilst deckbuilding on a quick draft I am having issues with a basic land option disappearing and not being made available to add to the deck. In particular on this occasion, it is forest. It will not allow me to add forests. I can't search for them. It only shows island, swamp, mountain, or plains as options to add with infinity symbol above. Why?

duplicate protection
Duplicate protection is not working. I still have some rare and mythic cards missing in my LOTR collection but when I am opening packs I'm getting only gems.

I did not receive bonus cards and mastery tree cards
I'm using orbs in my mastery tree but I'm not receiving the cards that I win. Same thing when I obtain some bonus card, they just don't appear in my collection.

Battle cards replaced land cards in the filters, and I cannot filter for lands

Card style skin selection not working. Phyrexian obliterator.
Bought an additional phyrexian obliterator skin thinking it would fix it if I bought another, now I've wasted 6000 coin and have two skins that I can't use. Please fix the card style application process to it's much simpler original format. This new way is really trash.

Mythic pack, Rare Wildcard
I bought a mythic pack for MOM, and receive a Rare wildcard. That's what is called in the conman business 'a rip-off'AndroidPaid for a mythic pack, got a Rare wildcard instead of a mythic card/wildcardI expected a mythic cardScreenshot added

Lands not appearing in sealed
When rebuilding my sealed deck no land options present themselves and the old icon for lands just pulls up my battles I opened.

神話レア
神話レアパックを開封したが神話レアカードが排出されず、ジェム交換された。
カルロフ邸殺人事件の神話レアパックを10枚購入し開封したが、10枚中9枚がジェムになってしまった。
そのあと通常パックを開封しても未入手の神話レアは出ず、ジェムになってしまった。
排出されない神話レアは3種類
「法の執行者、トミク」、「再鍛された研究者、メーレク」、「議事会の顎、ヴォジャ」これらはパックから出ると思っていましたが違うのでしょうか？回答を求めます。1 vote -
Purchased cosmetic not available in collection
Working on PC.
I purchased a card cosmetic from the shop for the card Omniscience. When I go to my collection, the cosmetic does not display as an option. When I sort my collection down to the card, I am not offered the button to select any variant card arts at all.

Missing card
During Quick Draft (on Windows PC) I drafted (and played with) a copy of Hide in Plain Sight. After the games, the card does not appear in my collection. It shows 0/4 copies available in deck building when it should have 1/4. The same thing with High Alert (which I drafted my first copy of in the same draft).
I noticed because I always create a copy of my draft decks and this one went to the bottom of my deck list (where decks go when you don't own a copy of every card in the deck).

Deck
I got the 5 mono colour decks, but the missions for the 10 multicolour decks didnt appear. I searched the deck list online, to check if i had the cards in my collection, but there was nothing.
Could you please add the free new player multicolour decks to my collection?2 votes
