How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Prerelease packs missing
I had a prerelease code and I redeemed it for 10 packs that I couldn't open until the update came in. I was really busy yesterday so I couldn't open them then, but when I got on to open the packs today I saw they were missing

Hey
I just bought a sealed game for 2000gems and I opened a card there is ban and I can't play with the card. I think this means that I am down a card from the start.

cannot redeem wildcards
I opened a bunch of packs for the new set and my wildcard inventory says I have 4 Rare Wildcards, but when trying to craft I'm notified I do not have enough wildcards to craft. Attached is my log file and screenshots, any help would be great!!

Bug
Running android on Mobile Phone. LCI sealed
I've started 2 X LCI sealed events and both times the same thing happened. When clicking on "done" at the end of deck building, the deck is cleared so you have to start again. The second attempt seems to work.

Potential Bug/Hack - Existing Pack Algorithm Can Force Card Selection in Limited
The pack algorithm prioritizes unopened/unowned rares. I believe the same algorithm is used for packs in limited events. This means that one can use wild cards to update the number of specific owned rares/mythics in one's collection, forcing unowned rares to become prioritized as available rares in unopened packs. This would mean that a player can force certain rares to be more likely as openable during limited events.

Add deck copying to the game please please please please
Please add the ability to copy opponent decks to the game. It literally ruins the game that you cannot easily copy decks, and you're forcing me into net decks and homebrews. BORING add deck copy already.

Collection search filter -?booster incorrect for newer editions
The -?booster filter seems to be broken for newer editions (WOT, LTR and an alchemy24 Edition (not sure which?) for sure, MOM most likely too).
Lots of cards that can be obtained in boosters are not affected/excluded by the filter.1 vote -

Lord of the Rings Packs
I received the following message while opening Lord of the Rings packs: "Congratulations! You have collected all rare cards in this set." However, this is not true. I do not possess any of the following rare cards in this set: Frodo, Determined Hero / Gandalf, White Rider / Gollum, Scheming Guide / Witch-King, Bringer of Ruin / Fires of Mount Doom / Galadriel, Gift-Giver / The Balrog, Flame of Udin / Bilbo's Ring.

I find it wrong to receive the same reward cards too often
I find it wrong to receive the same reward cards too often, is it possible that you can't introduce a limit?Receiving the same card 12 times is frustrating and makes the game ugly.

Cant find a card
I cant find a certain card to add to my deck. Its called Omniscience. I just opened a pack and got it, but when I try to add it to my deck i cant find it.
Im probably just not looking in the right place, but there is no clear instructions on how to find it and no articles to describe steps.

Wrong sorting of decks (extra auto sorting layer)
In the deck builder we have the option to sort our decks by various criteria. One of them is "Alphabetical". This option doesn't work properly though. The sorting is only partially correct but some decks aren't in the right order (and put at the end of the list).
[Edit: Ok, I think I see now what the issue is. Despite of having chosen alphabetical sorting you still put decks with "issues" (cards not allowed in format etc.) at the end of the list. From what I've observed, favorite decks are also automatically sorted to the start of the list of…

Unable to Filter by Standard
i cant sort my collection to show only standard cards when building decks
There used to be formats that can filter the card collection. Now its just all sets and not like it used to be with standard or alchemy and historic and so on. I wish I had an old screen shot of how it was before it updated and changed it a couple months ago. I would like it back so I can see my collection in the different formats for building decks. I hope this is an easy explanation so anyone can understand.

Innastrad: Alchemy
It seems that Innistrad: Alchemy may not be reporting the correct percentage of collected in my profile. For example, I bought 3 new packs today, and got 3 cards in this set that I didn't already have... but it still says 28% before and after I did this! The percentage didn't change... is this an issue with this one set? The rest of the sets seem to update just fine...

Mastery Tree Infinity drops
Bought Mastery Pass this issue. Have completed mastery tree but the infinity drops of an uncommon card are only dropping on alternate completions not every time.

buying land card styles gives wrong skins
I used once 500 gems and then again 2500 gold to buy both basic plains and basic swamp parralax skins from the eldrain edition. however, for plains i received the M20 plains (reprint of mirage or onslought i guess), for black mana i bought the eldrain skin and received war of the spark swamps
i feel a bit ripped off tbh, especially since these are only basic lands.... haven't tried it with other editions eversince. i wish i'd get my gold back or at least the other skins

various new bugs...can't buy card styles and prizes don't show up in Mideweek Magic
A couple of weeks ago, the option to buy card styles by clicking on the cards in my collection disappeared. I can still "craft" cards just fine, but I can't buy alternate cart art styles--except for the daily deals at the store.
Also, when I play Midweek Magic, I don't get prizes--there is just an empty screen at the center where the prize graphic should appear--for either both the first and second wins or just the second win. The third win gets me an alternate card art style still, however.

Mon compte est revenus dans le temps
Bonjour,
Je met à jour Arena sur mon téléphone pour pouvoir le lancer et ce n'est pas le compte que j'avais laissé lors de ma dernière connections que je retrouve. (Connections qui ne date que de quelques heures) mais mon compte tel qu'il était il y a environs 2mois. 🤔🙃. L'état de la collection, rangs, gemmes, or, jetons, points pay in. Tout attesté dans ce sens.
