How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

洞窟めいた大口について
プレミアドラフトで洞窟めいた大口を軸に添えたデッキを作成いたしました。
先ほど実際に1戦して気付いたのですが、カードのテキストでは「あなたがコントロールしている洞窟の数とあなたの墓地にある洞窟・カードの枚数の合計が3枚以上で出なければ起動できない」と
記載されておりますが、マナゾーンに洞窟が3枚あっても起動できないことがありました。
こちらはバグでしょうか？バグであればこのデッキにとっては死活問題のため、早急に改善いただけませんでしょうか。洞窟めいた大口のテキストには、洞窟の数とあなたの墓地にある洞窟・カードの枚数の合計が3枚以上と記載されておりますが、洞窟めいた大口を含む3枚の洞窟タイプを持つ土地カードが3枚あっても効果の起動ができませんでした。また、洞窟めいた大口を含む4枚以上の洞窟がある場合には効果の起動ができました。

Can't exit tutorial, even after restart.
I've entered the tutorial and there is no way to get back to the regular game mode unless I complete the tutorial (which I don't want to do). Exiting and re-entering the game doesn't help.

Premier Draft Wilds of Eldraine dissapier
I bought it for 1500 gems,played BO3 1:1 and at the third game game just stucked. Alt+F4, restart the game and then i could even come back to the draft. It just dissapier, and I lost 1500 Gems. No refunds, just lost the 1500 Gems. Thank you Wizzards

Crash during premier draft
Game crashed during premier draft after I paid bargain cost to put a cursed role on a creature controlled by my opponent. Due to the crash, I wasn't able to choose a creature, and when I returned to the game, I found that it had been attached to a 1/1, effectively doing nothing. I lost this game due to the cursed role being attached to a 1/1 instead of my opponent's 3/3. This was a premier draft game.

False loss at Quick Draft
I played one round at Quick Draft and won. So I should be at 1-0, but it reports me at 1-1. Please reset!

Simultaneous Combat Damage
When combat damage is assigned and performed, if i have less than zero health but the death of a creature causes me to gain life then I would be above zero so I believe I should still be alive and the game did not allow for this to occur.

Red Deck Colour Challenge - gets hung if you just don't attack on Jace first level (vs blue)
just cast goblins don't attack, eventually hangs.

Auto Tap Bug
I was casting Astral wingspan and I had two creatures to convoke it, a treasure and mana so I didn't have to tap the creature it was targeting. This was a draft game. I targeted Kroxa and Kunaros and was planning on swinging with them in the air as it couldn't be blocked and I would have gained 8 life. Instead auto tap decided to tap Kroxa a Kunaros and not use the treasure. It was originally set to do that and milliseconds before I clicked confirm it said auto tap solution changed and tapped kroxa ans kunaros for convoke…

matchmaking alghoritm is a ********
Your matchmaking algorithm really sucks!
Or rather, it's intentionally designed to make most people lose in events so that they come back and pay again. The deck matchups are specifically calculated to make you lose, except for those of content creators and streamers, of course. Otherwise, it would expose you in front of everyone.
This game is truly pathetic and is the ruin of Magic.

Bug: Tarrian's Soulcleaver
Tarrian's Soulcleaver is still bugged. I targeted the 3/2 flier with 2 damage, but the equipment granted the counter instead of allowing the marked damage to destroy the creature. Lost me the game I was almost definitely going to win, ending my event.

Known cards in hand are different and appear twice
During lci quick draft, with the explore mechanic it’s not uncommon to have many cards in the opponents hand known. However when I thought my opponent had a cosmium blast it turned into an unstable glyph bridge. It’s very hard to play around cards not known in your opponents hands. It’s even harder to play around cards you should know they have but they’re completely different. This caused me to lose my game. It also looks like they play lands from the top of the deck. Also the cosmium blast at times appears as a duplicate.

draft premier terre selagge di eldraine
ieri sera (27/09/2023) intorno alle 19:30, durante il turno mentre seleziono il bersaglio per una rimozione nera a costo 3 istantaneo, il gioco si blocca, schermata con il caricamento in attesa del server ma tutto fermo, fino a che mi da partita persa.

Wizar my game has crashed on the picks of the draft and i cant make a choice of any card. please refund my gems back

Random Loss at beginning of Quick Draft.
The game started off with both players at 0 life, timer wasn't activated, reloading the game showed that it was a loss on my end. I hadn't even been asked to mulligan for the first time as of yet.

Bug
I was playing on iPad (IOS) the premier draft event and I did scry 1 and put the card on top, that card was a sorcery that creates X rat tokens and gives haste.
With that card I was going to win the game, but instead of drawing this card, I drew a land and lost the game, which does not make any sense. The card was not on bottom either or graveyard. It was also the third loss in the event :(1 vote -
Bug: Agatha's Soul Cauldron
En mi última partida el caldero no activo si habilidad no puso el contador en la criatura ni tampoco le daba las habilidades de las cartas exiliadas
La verdad a veces funciona bien y en otros casos como que se traba no lo veo muy seguido es muy raro que me aparezca en juego

Unable to redeem Premier Draft Rewards
I just finished a premier draft & was not able to collect the rewards. After restarting the client, the premier draft option disappeared completely.

Pardon
I've been receiving the "Oops pardon the goblins" rewards repeatedly, I mean thanks for the XP and Draft tokens but I don't want to abuse it and/or get banned. I've been drafting but using the tokens that I already had, feel free to extract the tokens and XP as you consider.
