How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

My bug is very specific, and everytime I attempt to report it, I am sent back to this webpage without fail.
A form pops up where I can report my bug or specific issue but it forwards me here after a few seconds. MTG Arena behaved in a strange way where the cursor was behaving as though behind the main sprite, effectively soft-locking me and forcing a concession. Thank you.

[Event "Jump-in" bug since Ixalan release] Stuck after choosing Wandering then Speleology deck
After choosing Wandering then Speleology deck in the event "Jump-in" the software go back to the MTGA homepage instead of event "Jump-in" main page. By choosing the Jump-in event again, the action to choose the deck is proposed. When clicked, a screen without actionable action button displays the wandering deck as the first choice > stuck.

Event/UI changes to track events better
Can the event pages include duration and timing left for their event or have a calendar included to easier track events? I have lost drafts due to not knowing when they end while trying to get the most of my draft tokens.
All that is mentioned above, I meant ingame easier ways to track events. I know there is a event schedule of some sort on the website but please make it easier to keep track.
Edit: I had a WOE draft ongoing that I even checked on few days ago and it had no indication that it was ending

Can't rejoin draft
When changing Windows on my android Phone, I was locked out of my First ixalan draft and could not rejoin - please see attached screenshots. I hope they provide enough base for the compensation of the draft fee.

Hi! I'm on PC. I was playing Ixalan and my opponent conceded, yet when the game ended, I was shown to have a loss and my draft was ended.
Hi! I'm on PC. I was playing LCI and my opponent conceded and the screen showed "Victory," yet, in the returning screen, I was shown to have a loss and my draft run was ended.

draft match loss
Hello,
I started a premier Draft of WoE yesterday and played two rounds. I won both but the system is showing that I am standing 2:1 (although I did not lose yet).
Please help me out with this.

during a Shield Battle. I lost a match earlier than expected and the battle ended.

I will no longer play this game until you fix the cheat software
I will no longer be playing you game until some anti cheat software is installed to keep people from playing cards without paying mana and without having cards in there hand an no ability and using cards to destroy creatures that don't meet the criteria of said ability or instant

Deck Select Bug in Basically No-Ban Historic
Having a variety of deck-select issues that have caused me to abandon this event. First, I looked online for a deck and tried to import it. But you can't import from the event menu, so I imported it in Collection. When I went to the Event, the deck was not in the list of decks to choose from.
So instead I hit the button to create a new deck. I spent half an hour brewing up a list, hit save, and it returned me to the event screen... where it still had a "+" icon where my deck should be,…

Bug: Sméagol, Helpful Guide
There’s a bug with Sméagol helpful guide where he doesn’t mill the opponent any more after some point. It’s either tied to being at tempt level 4 or to opponent not having lands in deck. Either way, it should continue to mill them out - I just lost a game where opp had ~6 cards in deck and I triggered the mill ability at least 4 times without it doing anything. I should have won that game

StarterDeck Duel - cannot unlock new decks
After winning StarterDeck Duel with each of 10 decks, only the first one (UR) appeared in my deck list. I have played on macOS and iPadOS, but result was always the same - I have got my reward (gold / gems or a card) but did not unlock new deck. Please, unlock all ten decks in my account.

MWM not giving rewards
Wins from midweek magic events have not been giving rare card rewards. Can we please get the rewards that we are supposed to get from playing MWM? For a lot of us, that's the only reason to bother playing the events.

Not Receiving Mastery Experience since the last update
Not Receiving Mastery Experience from Daily or Weekly quest.

Blightbeetle
Hi, was playing a historical game on iOS Arena and came across an unusual deck full of squirrels and squirrel related cards. For some reason my Blightbeetle didn’t block my opponent’s squirrel creatures from get +1+1 counters. To be more specific it blocked them at least once and then rest kept building up until I faced a 7/7 squirrel plus some 2/2 & 3/3. Couldn’t figure out why this occurred. Needles to say I lost the match. Any ideas about this glitch would be welcome. Thanks.

Not able to craft cards from 1 deck from midweek magic due to basic lands in deck
Playing midweek magic, I tried to craft the cards from the last deck (smashing stampede) and was denied over the forest and mountain cards not being redeemable with wildcards

Unable to Unlock Starter Decks and Lost Decks I previously Acquired
I login after update and I am missing a lot of starter Decks I previously acquired and I can not unlock starter Decks after winning with them.
