How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. wilds of eldraine

    While in a premier draft of WoE, several picks have cleared as selected cards but did not appear in my deck list. After pack 1, I only had 12 cards. specifically lost a copy of candy grapple and the witch's vanity. These cards did appear in my pool after the draft completed, but were missing from the list during the draft.

  3. LCI Quick draft not working

    LCI Quick Draft is not working.
    When I press PLAY, the game says "Currently Waiting" for tens of minutes and never starts.
    The same thing is happening to my friends.

  4. Game loss during OTJ draft

    Playing OTJ draft, opponent dead on board. I cast a spell during my main phase and the screen turns into the game-loss screen. Gives me a record of 6-2 instead of 7-2, affecting my prize support for an event I bought into using gems.

  5. No Sealed Reward After Connection Issue

    I briefly disconnected from the server while receiving my sealed reward and as a result didn't end up getting either my packs or my gems. (I went 2-3). I was playing on PC.

  6. [OTJ] Can’t find opponent in standard event after update and 7th win not recorded

    Prior to the OTJ update, I went 7-2 in the event (won it) but my last game wasn’t recorded as the game shut down went it tries to reconnect with the lobby.
    After the update, I went back to 6-2 but the game can’t find me any opponent like it tries to match me with 7wins opponent (which is impossible). It makes me wait forever in the waiting opponent screen.
    How to solve this and keep playing standard event ?

  7. Quickdraft matchmaking doesn't work

    Matchmaking for quickdraft doesn't work. When starting a game it makes you wait for the opponent for about a minute and a half. Then when the game finally starts it's a draw.

  8. Jump In

    I have played Jump In several times since Murders of Karlov Manor was released and have not been offered any of the new packets as my first selection - I was offered a new packet once as my second selection. I have played Jump In enough in the past that I should have received a choice of a new packet every time; according to your rules about packet selection.

    Something similar happened for a few sets in the past where you would not get to choose a new packet sometimes. That seemed to be fixed for the last set or…

  10. Draft

    During Wilds of Eldraine Draft, the server crashed multiple times and I missed my picks. There was no auto pick either. At the end of the draft, the picks that were missed due to the server were not there and left me with an incomplete draft pool. In the picture attached, I did not get to pick my P1P1 and its passed over my selection. The picture shows me on P1P3 with only 1 card in my pool.   11. won game but counted as loss

    I was queueing for MKM premier draft at a record of 4-2 at about 11:30 EST on March 1st. The loading screen said "waiting for opponent.." for more than a minute so I hit cancel. The game queue cancelled as normal and I was able to queue up again normally. However when I won my next game and was presented with the typical victory screen, it counted the game as a loss and showed me at 4-3 in my draft overview. I was forced to finish my draft at a 4-3 record instead of being able to continue at 5-2…

  12. Missing rewards for Midweek Magic Alchemy Ladder Event

    Hello,
    I played the event and won two games, but the reward sceen stayed blank, no cards (and no gems?) were rewarded. I had to click few times on continue in order to continue.
    Also in the collection view, there were no new rare cards marked as newly added. (Not sure about gems)

  14. draft loss after I failed to enter the game

    I just loss two draft game. And I start anothor draft game. But I failed to enter the game. I was stucked still in the entering page and time runs then. So I canceled this game but received a loss strangely. Thanks to the ******* system and ******* MKM set made me lost 3 times without win any game. I have played magic for 8 years and MTGA for 4 years. But now I lost confidence in this game. I hope to return my premier draft entrance fee.

  15. during premier draft client suddenly is unable to be interacted with and begins to run out the clock.

    I joined this premier draft using a draft token I purchased with coins a few days ago and used it. In two out of three of my games I have gotten the same error: the game suddenly has a connection issue pop-up that disappears and after I am unable to play my cards or move to the next step and the clock just slowly runs out. If I disconnect and try to reload it counts as a game loss.

  17. Phantom Losses during Limited events

    Two of the last three events I have entered have given me a “phantom loss” where after deck building , my deck appears with a triangular exclamation point error message and I start the event with one loss. This happened during my first attempt at the MKM arena open, where I was upset but wrote it off as a fluke, and again just now in MKM draft. I don’t know what I am doing to cause it, but it is very annoying and makes me not want to play since I am playing at a disadvantage to everyone else.

  18. Premier Draft Game-Tracking Failure

    I was playing in a Premier Ravnica Chaos Draft on IOS and won a game (I had previously won twice and lost twice). When I returned to the event, it had counted the win as a loss. This is of course not correct, and it should count my win as a win. Included are a screenshot of my victory and the following event screen.

  19. Quick Draft Given Automatic Loss

    Quick draft. Queue timer went to 4 minutes, clicked cancel. Returned to the menu to discover I had been given my 3rd and final game loss.

  20. Draft loss bug

    Twice I have experienced a bug where I was given a loss during a draft when I should not have. First during a premier draft I lost a match and it gave me two losses instead of just one. Second during a quick draft I was given a loss after winning a match. Very frustrating as it cut both those drafts short for me which is a loss of valuable resources as a player
