How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

shop ate my gold
I wanted to set my deck apart and purchase some different lightning strikes. SO I did... I then wanted to purchase the card style for them. It took my 3k gold, and failed to provide me with the card style as selected. It just took my gold, and upon attempting to get the correct one I received an error. I want my card style or gold back please.

Booster bug
Bought multiple murder at karlov manor alchemy packs but I'm getting normal karlov manor pack rares/mythics, meaning I can't complete my murder at karlov alchemy set.
I have no interest in the base set, and just want the alchemy pack rewards I'm meant to get. I won't be spending money on the game until this is fixed and/or compensated for.
Fix this please.

Got Robbed by the shop
I bought the Borderless anime white pack from the store. After the purchase I received an error message, now the gems that I spent are gone and no pack to show for it.

Mythic Booster Gold Rare Wildcard?
What's with spending 1300 gold on a MYTHIC booster pack only to receive a gold rare wildcard? The extra gold spent on the Mythic pack suggests you are guaranteed a Mythic, at least if you haven't completed the Mythics in the set, which I had not.
This is the second time I have spent the 1300 to get a MYTHIC booster pack, only to receive a regular gold rare wildcard from it. I doubt i will be purchasing more of those.This seems like false advertising. A scam of sorts. If you purchase a Mythic booster, you should ONLY be…

I purchased packs with gems and no progress to golden pack was made. Purchased more packs with gold and still no progress for golden packs made. Issue run into on PC. Stuck at 0 progress

Store error: internal error
I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

Renewal Gift Error
Today, I opened Arena on PC, and Renewal gift did not provide anything. Empty egg over black screen, but with no errors. Wait for a solution. Thanks.

xp stopped increasing
XP has stopped increasing today. I'm stuck at lvl 54 725/1000XP. It won't go up even when I'm completing daily and weekly quests. Playing via Epic games store. Seemed to be working yesterday. Things I did yesterday probably included: completing the survey, solving clues 3 and 4 (which gave xp), building "thewayisopen" deck (which definitely gave the 5000xp, not sure I've received any since then). Hope that helps. Please sort this ASAP, cos what was the point in getting the Mastery pass if you won't let us gain XP. Thanks

I bought a Murders of Karlov Manor mythic pack and received gems instead of a card I am missing. Please help.

Purchase window does not appear
I am trying to purchase gems/wildcard bundles and when I do this, the purchase window does not appear from Steam to purchase the digital products. This has persisted for several weeks.

Paid for Mythic rare pack, did not get a mythic rare card
I purchased one of the Kamigawa mythic card packs but did not receive a mythic card in the pack

"Not Enough Gold" Despite Having Enough
Trying to buy Praetor bundle with gold but store says I don't have enough, not sure if intentional bug to get me to buy gems for it or if it's just an actual bug.

Can't pay on mac
I can't get to the paying interface on Mac os. If I get to the point where I'm supposed to pay it just hangs and I can't spend my money on the store.

Fallout cards in Arena when?
When are the Fallout cards coming to the Arena store? its an idiotic move if you dont put them on it so just wonder when you will be?

No daily deals. No quick draft.
I see no daily deals today. My phone received a notification for turning gold into more gold but when I go to the store there is no daily deals. Also is there no quick draft?? I see none.

no credit for purchasing packs
Game says I purchase X packs and get a golden pack. Well, i purchased a pack, granted it was 10% off but I still fulfilled my obligation of purchasing a pack. I expected to receive progress towards a golden pack because I PURCHASED A PACK but did not get credit. Fix this issue or make it clear that purchasing a pack at a discount disqualifies a customer from getting what should seem obvious. thanks.

Gave me a rare wildcard from a mythic pack.
This is the second time this has happened to me this week, once with a dominaria united united and once with kamigawa neon dynasty, and the fifth time this has happened to me since I got the game. I can't figure out how to read the logs, so I can't provide a screenshot of them, but I see this is a common issue. This happening on the last two packs I bought is almost enough to make me uninstall the game and if it happens again I will.
