Code redemption failed (fblthp AND Eldraine Boosters)
Store error on both code redemptions.
No sleeves, no Fblthp avatar available after redemption. Code says its used.
Same for Eldrain boosters. No boosters, code now says used.
Still no update, still bugged no avatar and it says redeemed
Can we get an update on this? I still have not recieved the 3 packs from playeldraine. Store says already redeemed.
I have this problem (didn't get my 3 PlayEldraine packs).
I've tried again today, but with no results. My second pre release code don't work. Always the same message: "code already redeemed". I've attached the log, hoping your attention.
sleeves and avatar
I received my packs after restarting the game, but I never received the Fblthp avatar nor the cards sleeves.
Code says it's used as well.
I got an email back from support saying..."hey we'll get to you when we get to you." So almost a week later and no luck yet :(

In my case, one of the pre release codes didn't work (the second one). It says that it has been redeemed... but is from a sealed box. Help!!!
I submitted code said received but server connection timed out before i could select claim. So nothing is showing up now and code says redeemed.
I accidentally hit the "Apply now" button instead of the "Claim" button and now the redemption for Fblthp no longer works. That shouldn't happen. Now I do not have the card and the redemption code no longer works. I should have 2 of those cards, but still have just one. Please do the needful and either add the card to my inventory or send a replacement code. In either case, remove that damned "Apply now" button and just leave the "Claim" button in the center to avoid such problems in the future.
I have the same thing. Code says redeemed but i have no Fblthp avatar or sleeve.

Upvoted and commented a couple tons of reports of this bug, still haven't received a single answer!
UPDATE: Had this problem, was contacted by WoTC customer support and they added 3 packs to my account.
I'm a happy that this got solved.
same problem, how can you sell a code, and then when it does not work, not have any support to redeem it...
