I had this problem also, left click the food token, a pop says "Sacrifice food", move mouse pointer over text and left click.

cant sacrifice food tokens for life
I have tried tapping mana then clicking the food token
but I just have to cancel as it is not responding
this renders my deck useless

Same just lost mutiple games where I can not redeem a food token I had 3 on board and tried to use and it does not work.

2 Drafts, 2 days in a row, I couldn't redeem my food token. I waited to verify it was on the battlefield for a full turn, had plenty of mana and still nothing. Yesterday it was a ranked Throne Draft, today it was the new Pauper draft.

NOT FUN!

I'm having this issue as aswell, I lost and entire Ranked Draft because I had a food based deck and couldn't sacrifice them once
