popped up with network error during a game. timeout for opponent wasn't functioning. so i was forced to concede, losing the match and progress, this should NEVER happen. very annoyed.
Same issue. I appeared to be connected (connection to MTG Arena seemed to be working and connection to internet was definitely working), and opponents timer ran all the way down, but the game got stuck without using any of their timeouts. About 3-4 minutes later the game finally ended with "Network Error" and no wins or losses tracked on my record.
I also got stuck on the attached 01 screen.
I closed arena and restarted, but it did not proceed from the 02 screen.
Do I have to lose? I'm not convinced.
Same issue here. The game was stalled. An error popped but I could not reconnect. Iwas forced to kill and relaunch the client. I managed to get back in the game on time just to face the same issur on my next play. Very frustrating.
As soon as you notice a stall close the game and restart, if you are lucky you will load back into the game and the timer hasn't run out yet.
Why is this happening all of a sudden I've been playing WAR and have put a good amount of cash into the game and I'm DC at least once per game. It just puts me off playing and other players must think I'm roping. Sort this out please.

I also got this twice today, once in a draft, was 1/1 now 1/2 and refuse to play. I was planning on doing a sealed but with this i don't think i will. not risking 2k gems just to lose due to a server problem on Wizards end.
I have lost 4 matches in the metagame challenge either from directly this issue or from such a janky game i couldn't bring it back after 2 time out turns. I want my coins back for those events. This is unacceptable.
I just experienced this issue, is there some kind of way to reclaim the lost progress? I really hate that I now have one of my losses recorded for my tournament.
I am going to have to concede. Its cost me coins to get into this tournament
I lost three straight seals matches not one card played because of crash if I am not refunded 2000 gems i will no longer be a customer.
Same error just occurred for me. Played in a Standard event, and lost my last game because it the network error occurred mid-combat and prevented me from interacting. Reloaded the game to see my board almost completely wiped. Now I've lost, and the event is over. Thanks.
same error second time since forced update - network error and the game stuck. Afterwards I loose the game - this is a pity
Network error since the latest update keeps happening. Can't go more than 2 games without it happening.

Mid Game my game said network error and its just stuck on this phase for more than 10 minutes In sealed.
What do i do i was winning the game and do not want to lose my gems.
Mid game a network error, go figure as soon as I was pulling ahead in the game. I hate the fact I had to pay to get into the event, and I know without a doubt once I reset the client I will receive a game loss.
game does not progress anymore, internet working perfectly fine. I'm losing a game in sealed to this, first game with the new set, real bummer!
