Nissa, Who Shakes the World and Mutate
Mutate is not working with Nissa's animated lands. I put the mutate creature on top of the land, but they are still only 3/3 power toughness. Also I was unable to tap the creature for mana as I should be able to tap the creature land that I mutated onto.

After reading about it, it has to do with the layer rules of MTG.
The ability that creates the creature land says it is a 0/0 creature. So when the mutated creature mutates on top, it Will still be a 0/0 creature, because the Nissa ability is still aplying.
Old post: When mutating Gemrazer over Nissa animated land with 3 counters on it, the resulting creature was a 0/0 with 3 counters instead of a 4/4 with 3 counters. This happened to me 2 times in diferent games (all the times i tryed).
Even mutating the land creature several times on top or above does not help it... remains a 0/0 with counters
In addition to not mutating correctly, it also prevents the land from being tapped for mana
Same issue when mutating a gemrazer onto an animated Nissa land. How is this still a thing? Be a lot cooler if it wasn't.

This bug ruined my plan to attack for lethal.
Mutating on top of the land with 9x +1/+1 counters from Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi created a 9/9 instead of a 15/15.
Mutating onto Land creatures animated with Nissa remain 0/0 with 3 +1/+1 countrs even when another creature is placed on top.
Do you all know that this is not a bug but this how the game works as per the rule 613 about interaction of continuous effect ?
The same thing is happening for me as well. I have also mutated on top and bottom with same results. I have also mutated illuna on land on top then next turn mutated on bottom of the existing illuna with a illuna to only have it a 0/0 with 3 +1 counters on it. The mutate ability works with bringing a permanent into play correctly just incorrect stats.
Mine happened in Brawl if that helps.

This again. The same problem was already there with the Archon from Eldrain befor. They should watch Nissa a lot more if it causes programming problems that often.
3/3 Parcelbeast, not 5/7. Needs to be addressed ASAP. It wasn't a land, which makes sense because I put Parcelbeast on top, but it wasn't a 2/4 with three +1/+1 counters.

yep same, it also was no longer a land which fair enough but as that is text added specifically by Nissa's ability it seems like it should carry over on the mutated creature
