How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Cannot complete color challenges - waiting for server

    I'm at the last stage for all of the color challenges (except for Green which I was able to fully complete 2 days ago) where it matches you up against a real player. Ever since yesterday, every time after clicking on the Play button, it just hangs on a "Waiting for server" screen. I've waited on this screen for minutes and it just continues spinning. Since there is no way to cancel the process, the only way out is to force quit the app.

    I'm seeing this happen on BOTH iOS and Windows versions of the game.

  2. No Quests and Daily Wins after Strixhaven Update

    After the Strixhaven Update i could play about an hour without problems. Than the complete Quest, Daily Wins/Weekly Wins and Friendlist vanished.

  3. Daily Quest Reward swap button doesn't work

    I can click the daily quest reward button in order to swap the reward, but after accepting the screen "confirm swap", nothing changes.

  5. daily quests not showing

    On PC, the home screen isn't displaying the daily quests and mastery XP progress. I have tried restarting the game and this didn't do anything. They were showing earlier, they stopped when I came out of a game. The features themselves still seem to be working, I got the pack from levelling up my set mastery but the claim prize screen didn't display.

  6. (Mobile) Targeting enchanted equipment

    When casting broken wings on mobile client, it was impossible for me to target opponent's equipment which was enchanted with a tune at that time

  8. Daily - Weekly Missions Interface Vanished/ PC

    Was playing normally and after winning a match, my quest interface vanished.

    • Nothing pops after winning a game .
    • Reloging does not fix the problem.
    • Restarting the client does not fix the problem
    • Playing more matches does not fix the problem. ______________________________________________

    Going to test next if winning games will actually reward me extra exp points or if the whole quest system is broken

  12. Stuck on "Waiting for Server" when starting a Color Challenge match

    steps
    1) Open MTGA. Update MTGA with 2021.5.0 game update
    2) click on Color Challenge button
    3) click on a Color (picked Blue)
    4) click Play button. notice Stuck on "Waiting for Server" when starting a Color Challenge match. (see attached image Color Challenge Waiting for Server.png)

    tried 5+ times and tried to wait for >2mins

    tried the regular play queue instead and that is working.

  15. Friends list is empty/Can’t direct challenge

    My friends list has disappeared completely and I can not add friends to it or challenge friends to matches. Also tried to challenge my roommate directly by typing in his username with the # and they never receive the challenge.

  16. I can't swap my daily quests

    When I try to swap one of my daily quests, I get the normal confirmation pop-up. Regardless of whether I click on "Ok" or "Cancel," nothing happens.

    I expect that I should be able to swap one daily quest each day.

  18. Friends list

    Since 4/19 update my friends list has been cleared, shows none of my friends at all. Noticed this on iPad (using 2020 iPad Air).

  19. Friends list missing from corner

    The friends list is missing from the corner of my interface. I have tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and changing graphics settings. It has been gone since the strixhaven update.

  20. Please add more diacritics to ingame font

    There are only three characters from Polish available in the font: ł, ó, ń.
    Please provide other characters: ą, ć, ę, ś, ź, ż and their uppercase counterparts. I bet other Central-European nationalities would also love to have their characters included.
