How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Login screen not autofilling email addresses on iOS 17.1.1
IOS 16 allows autofilling on the Arena login page using contact information we have set up on “My Card”. Every time I try to autofill since updating iOS, nothing happens. I select the email address from “My Card” and the email and password fields on the Arena login page remain blank. It’s tedious to type my full email address every time I want to switch accounts. Apple says the Arena code needs to be updated to allow autofilling with iOS 17.

Wrong rewards from letters
My letters refresh after 24 and I get additional rewards. I had already additional about 4 tokens draft.

Retrieving asset manifest
I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

When opening Arena it gets stuck on "Checking for active matches"
I have to hit Escape, log out, and log back in otherwise it just sits there "checking for active matches"

Match loading screen displays “Description description description…”
See attached screenshot. This placeholder text is often displayed for a couple of seconds (i.e. it’s asynchronously replaced with the proper text while the match is loading).

Bug.
The combination of gain life when creature enters battlefield and horn of Gondor just had so many stacks that when my opponent triggered the combo, it had 70+ effects in the stack, but forced me to use all of my time outs and then they were able to attack without me choosing any defenders or being able to do anything. It's a **** exploit and needs to be fixed. How did I get charged timeouts for waiting for their stack to complete? How do I just lose the game because they have so many effects triggered I can't even play?…

Wrenn and Realmbreaker/Arixmethes Slumbering Isle Interaction
Play Wrenn and Realmbreaker with Arixmethes in play (order shouldn't matter, but I haven't tried). Clicking Arixmethes brings up the wheel to select the mana color (for Wrenn and Realmbreaker's static ability) and no option is available to use Arixmethes's UG mana ability.

black screen & freeze immediately after "loading scene" on mac
when i launch the game, it proceeds thru usual messages until it hits "loading scene" where it turns to a black screen and freezes. there is no cursor shown on this black screen. i have to force quit the application to get it to do anything different. weirdly, if i leave it open for a long time and close/open my laptop, the black screen is replaced by the "you need to reconnect" screen. although my cursor is back here, i still cannot click any of the options, and the screen is still frozen as before. i've already tried rebooting and…

Says all my decks are invalid even tho I've checked them multiple times

ui missing text mac
Mac. Text missing in Options menu (escape).
Disappears after restart. Happens again after reopening the menu a second time.

Performance Issues when HDR Enabled
Just in the past two days, there has been noticeable performance degradation. The UI is very choppy and twitchy. I have updated my Nvidia drivers just yesterday and have tested other games. I have not been able to reproduce this issue anywhere else but MTG Arena.

Discover
When opponent play discover card （Geological Appraiser）and he choose put it in hands,the opponent hands are rebealed（at least in graphic I don't know it is correct information）.After that it happened, graphic is uncorrect, such that how many hands opponent have,what card opponent play （it looks land card but they have keyword icon）

Scute draw
Scute swarm with prosperous innkeeper takes to long to run through it's process if I get to many tokens and get a prompt saying to take another action or it will end in a draw and then end up getting a draw bc I can't do anything while the actions are happening

Leave match button hiding the graveyard on Android
Could you guys please move the "leave match" button from the top of the graveyard or make it smaller (like a X button) or something? Sometimes we want to see the final board state and is hard to click on the graveyard workout clicking the leave match button.

Can't play cards, game stutters
On Windows PC/Steam. Literally just can't play cards, can't drag them into play. Sometimes can work if I try enough times, but usually can't before the timer runs out. Not every match, will happen randomly, but started happening almost every game. Only started after the most recent update.

Music when opening boosters
When I open boosters, I have an issue.
I have the music dedicated to the edition of the booster that I just clicked and the music of the MTG Arena game in the same time.
Can you fix it to have only one music (The music dedicated to the boosters seems the good option? But 2 in the same time is annoying.

Screen flickering during games
The screen keeps flickering during games. Did not happen until this evening (UK time)

Landcycling ability graphic continues to display on stack.
I've noticed that when a player plays a landcycling ability, the ability seems to stay on the stack even after resolving.

BUG: Error with Reduced Casting Cost of "Out of Air"
Hello,
The LCI card "Out of Air" is not properly allowing interaction in MTGA when a creature card is played. I had two open blue mana and multiple creatures were played against me and no prompt to utilize the card as a counter spell.
This caused an extreme shift in the game state and caused a loss.
The issue is repeatable by leaving two blue mana open, which should be the card cost against a creature, and having an opponent play a creature.
Please fix.
