How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Purchase error
Purchased the praetor bundle and only got three of the five I bought never received blue or white praetor only black green and red.

'Last Played' in Decks does not display the correct decks
I just noticed that the 'Last Played' filter option doesn't work properly.
Not surprising, because Arena seems to be full of bugs. I'd be surprised if this is even ackowledged..
PS: Customer Support are c*nts.

Blue sun twilight/mastery tree issue
I received a “blue suns twilight” on a mythic pack then another in the mastery tree. When I received the second, the first was removed from my inventory and I no longer have it. I’m trying to build a deck around them so it’s really frustrating. Please resolve the issue so I have both cards in my collection again

(Resolved) Crafted Cards are "uncrafted" but Wildcards were subtracted
I crafted 4 rare and 2-4 uncommon
cards (don't remember the exact number of uncommon).I played a few unranked matches then went to edit the deck. The cards I crafted are showing as not crafted. When I try to save the deck I get a validation message about having uncharted cards in my deck. Furthermore, when I check my wildcard inventory it reflects the 4 rare wildcards I redeemed (and then uncommon as well).
The odd thing is that I can still play both ranked and unranked matches with the deck. I just can't save any changes without re-crafting…

Style crafting
I bought a style, but can not craft the card. The card is "pack rat" to be specific

cards opened from packs not available in collection!!!
I posted that cards from a draft were not available a few days ago. Today, cards from opened packs were not available! Can someone please check on this!

Timeless Lotus doesn't show up in search unless selecting a color
Timeless Lotus wont appear even when searching for it directly unless you select a color. The card itself is 5 Colorless mana. I tried Multi-color selection and still does not appear unless i select an individual color....how many other cards are like this I wonder?

Card not available for deck building
After trading two uncommon card blanks for two indulgent aristocrats' the cards are bot available for deck build but are available in my collection

Mythic Booster
First, I like the concept of mythic boosters a lot, it's a great way to acquire remaining cards of a mostly collected set. But imho there is some room for improvement...
- Expand it to all sets
There a still plenty of sets without mythic packs. Mostly older sets and some of them are really mythic-heavy like the both remastered sets, but also new stuff like Alchemy expansions you drop every set. I don't see any good reason why these sets shouldn't have mythic packs available as well.
- Remove the opportunity to get a rare wildcard in mythic packs.

Renaming decks bug
On the decks tab, when naming a deck, if you happen to have another deck that shares the name the client flashes the "you already have a deck with that name" screen. If you click away to try and change the name the client flashes the screen again giving you no time to rename the deck.
I have found this issue on the PC client.
I expected the client to highlight the name and allow a change to stop the clash.
The only workaround I found was to completely close the client and reload

Mana symbols appear scrambled on deck screen.
As per title, the mana symbols that would normally appear at the bottom of the decks are a garbled mess.
On Windows. No idea how it happened or how to reproduce.

Mythic card reward not received
I did not receive two mythic card rewards on my mastery track. I checked my collection to see if I received a card since I did not get a reward animation and there was no evidence of a new card. This happens way too much and needs to be fixed.

I have lost all progress, cards, gold and gems. I am back at the tutorial for no apparent reason.
I hope this is fixable. This would be a couple years of progress down the drain.

Why are there 15 Un draftable cards in MOM and how do I get them if they are not in boosters?
I can see 15 cards in my MOM collection on Arena (5 each at Common, Uncommon and Rare, 1 of each color) that I know are not in draft boosters. Terror of Towashi is the Black Rare, for example. I have searched all of Arena and the internet and can still not find any information on how to aquire these cards. They are not in the mastery pass like in the last set. They appear to be craftable with wild cards only, but this makes no sence. Why are they not available from boosters? Where do they come from if…

Daily deals purchases not showing up in the collection
I have bought several cards for the daily deal but those cards are not showing up in my collection even when it is label as purchased in the store. I play on a mobile phone and have not had any other problem beside this. Also my coin are gone when I buy them.

I just want to report a bug with an alternate card artwork I bought today why am I having to jump through a bunch of hoops? Anyway the despark alternate art card back today I just bought it, and it's not offered as an option in collection or deckbuilder, I exited game came back in, tried both the new tried the new card styles tab and just right clicking it, anyway it's the one today, the ones from the store with all the oriental artworks

All decks and cards from collection gone
I recently logged out of my account, then failed to relog because of the wrong password apparently, reset my password, and upon logging in found my collection, my decks, my wildcards, gold etc. gone. The game treats my account like a new one, I even was supposed to retake the color challenge
