How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

card acquisition is slow and that's too painfull for new players
I think we should rework the card acquisition system because waiting 2 weeks to get one card that you need in four examples is horror full, I'm not saying we need to give every card for free to anyone but a disenchant system as we can see in your concurrent like hearthstone or Yu-gi-oh master duel would be way more accessible for new players.

Not receiving gems for rares/mythic rares
It looks like I have not been receiving gems for the gem rare/mythic rares when they are displayed in packs opened.

Not getting new quest for deck
So for 5 days now the deck quest has said it will have a new one tomorrow. It doesn’t have a countdown timer. Your support forum sucks *** just let us send a ticket for this.

Rare Wilcard didn't redeem opening 6 packs
I was with 3 packs opened with 3 to go to complete a cycle to gain a Rare Wild Card, then I opened six boosters I had all at once, this would me grant a rare wild card for sure, but it didn't happened. I still with 0. I guess this is a bug with opening 6 boosters at once instead one each time. Could I please have a rare wildcard since its so hard to get one?

Two packs (MoM and Golden) did not open and are lost
Just had an 'error' message pop up and upon restart, both packs are gone

Wildcards from inside packs are not showing in my total
Wildcards opened in packs are not showing up in my total, though wildcards earned other ways are. This has happened with at least two rares and one mythic in the last week or so, all MOM packs.

Redeem new deck I bought
I just bought four physical decks. When I entered the codes given to redeem them on MTG Arena, I got a message saying 'Code already used.

Deck Shows Incorrect Wildcards Required
I have imported a deck called "Mono Black Mid" which I want to complete construction of with Wildcards.
The deck itself is "highlighted" with the coloured Lotus which indicates it should be able to be constructed. In addition, hovering over the deck indicates the following Wildcards are needed to complete the deck : -
* Common 1 (I have 49)
* Uncommon 8 (I have 56)
* Rare 15 (I have 25)
* Mythic 11 (I have 11)Every time I try to construct this deck I get an error message "Not Enough Wildcards - You don't have enough wildcards…

Product Suggestion
I would like to create a deck using my wildcards, but when I click on the "craft all" button, MTGA says I don't have enough wildcards even if I actually have them. This happens on Android, PC, and Mac.

geist of saint traft not in deckbuilder
Trying to build a deck in history, copied an older deck, and Geist of Saint Traft doesn't appear when I search for it in various ways. Doesn't appear when I search for it from other historic decks either.

Black Ichor Card Art not working on Phyrexian Obliterator
Finished the Black Festival and received the art for phyrexian obliterator. it doesn't come up as an option for card art. just wondering why this isn't working.
i am on a windows PC.

Missing booster
I bought a Master of The Machines booster with gold. When I tried to open it, a message box appeared with no message, just an "OK" button. That message appeared every time I tried to open it, preventing me to do so. I restarted the game and now the booster is missing, along with the gold I spent to buy it.
I play Magic Arena on Windows PC.
If necessary, I can provide other logs saved on my computer.1 vote -
Purachse from daily deals not added to collection
I purchased Garruk, Wrath of the Wilds from daily deals. Its not in my collection and gold is gone. Thank you very much.

Starter Deck reward Angelic Accountant incomplete
My starter Deck version of Angelic Accountant is incomplete and undplayable.
I just finished my Quest for recieving the Angelic Accountant deck and wanted to test it. But the following cards were not added to my collection correctly:
- 2 x Angelic Quartermaster
- 2 x Borrowed Time
- 2 x Parish-Blade Trainee
- 2 x Raffine´s Informant
Could I please get these added?

Missing rewards
I got a pack from completing a challenge and I didn't get any of the cards. One card involved devotion to white. Also it didn't give me my coins for my completion

Card style not showing correctly
My card style for Imperial Subduer is not showing correctly it is showing standard art in game but in the deck builder/ list screen in shows correctly. and now the mindlink mech as well that I just got yesterday

Issue Crafting Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines with wildcards
Every time I try to craft Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines using my Mythic wildcards in craft mode in the deck builder, Arena crashes on me and I am unable to get her.

Deck building eldrazi Bug
When you go to the deck building area, click build new deck and look up eldrazi it doesn’t show any cards even if it is in your collection. This bug was found on android and ios and you can find it with the steps provided.
