How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Targetted whilst hexproof
I lost my last life in the WOE premium draft event, cost me 10K gold and the enchantment 'Impact Tremors' shouldn't have been able to kill me as I was hexproof with my own Leyline. This needs fixing as it took ages of grinding to get that cash and I have just lost it to a bug.

crash at beginning of the match
during sealed event, whenever i try to start a match and found an opponent, the game crashes and i am unable to rejoin the match. This happens multiple times and i have now lost the sealed event so i would like some refund on the sealed entry

I won 2 Bo3 in the traditional draft, but i just get 1 win's prize, I don't know what happened.

Another Draft disconnect!!
This is the second time I've had a Draft disconnect...in the last 2 drafts I've entered! This is ridiculous. During my 4th game, while I'm visibly ahead, But of course it counts as my 3rd **** loss if I kill the game. I want a refund.

Game crashes when Miner's Guidewing is played
I was playing Premier Draft Lost Caverns of Ixalan. Second game after one loss. I went first playing a plains and then playing Oteclan Landmark. I scried. After I went first the opponent played Miner's Guidewing and it crashed the game causing me to lose the game.
2. PC
3. The game froze. I waited for the program to respond for about 60 seconds. The game crashed.

"Rank up" quest reward not working
Quest reward says to achieve Spark rank 3 to get reward. Am now Spark Rank 4, but no reward, nor any option to swap quest or otherwise qualify. Clicking on the quest arrow takes me to matchmaking, but even if I win that match, I do not get the quest reward.

did not get my mythic rank rewards when the season ended today 2023-07-31
my mythic rank was around #500 around noon EST. the season ended and I didn't get any play in points

Draft Issue: The Lost Cavern of Ixalan
Card "Intrepid Paleontologist" feature has not worked in Premium Draft
After exiling a dinosaur, it was not possible to play the exiled card.

equipment Bug
During a draft game an equipment i had attached to my creature went to the grave yard when that creature died due to a fight spell. equipment was dire flail, creature was brazen blademaster. fight spell was malamet battle glyph

Premier Drafts are Broken
Lost Caverns Premier drafts are completely broken. It just randomly picks cards for you and leaves you with a random mess of cards. Have had this issue since release and all my tickets on it are being ignored.

Brother's War Premier draft freeze, and auto Loss
I was recently playing Brother's War Premier Draft. It froze/disconnected in the beginning of game 4. clicking reconnect resulted in the game becoming frozen. No buttons worked. I had to force close the program, after logging back in it had recorded the game as my 2nd loss. and my next game (game 5) got me knocked out of the event.
Not okay.

My bug is very specific, and everytime I attempt to report it, I am sent back to this webpage without fail.
A form pops up where I can report my bug or specific issue but it forwards me here after a few seconds. MTG Arena behaved in a strange way where the cursor was behaving as though behind the main sprite, effectively soft-locking me and forcing a concession. Thank you.

[Event "Jump-in" bug since Ixalan release] Stuck after choosing Wandering then Speleology deck
After choosing Wandering then Speleology deck in the event "Jump-in" the software go back to the MTGA homepage instead of event "Jump-in" main page. By choosing the Jump-in event again, the action to choose the deck is proposed. When clicked, a screen without actionable action button displays the wandering deck as the first choice > stuck.

Event/UI changes to track events better
Can the event pages include duration and timing left for their event or have a calendar included to easier track events? I have lost drafts due to not knowing when they end while trying to get the most of my draft tokens.
All that is mentioned above, I meant ingame easier ways to track events. I know there is a event schedule of some sort on the website but please make it easier to keep track.
Edit: I had a WOE draft ongoing that I even checked on few days ago and it had no indication that it was ending

Can't rejoin draft
When changing Windows on my android Phone, I was locked out of my First ixalan draft and could not rejoin - please see attached screenshots. I hope they provide enough base for the compensation of the draft fee.

Hi! I'm on PC. I was playing Ixalan and my opponent conceded, yet when the game ended, I was shown to have a loss and my draft was ended.
Hi! I'm on PC. I was playing LCI and my opponent conceded and the screen showed "Victory," yet, in the returning screen, I was shown to have a loss and my draft run was ended.

Hello,
I started a premier Draft of WoE yesterday and played two rounds. I won both but the system is showing that I am standing 2:1 (although I did not lose yet).
Please help me out with this.

During LCI release: Cards not appearing in hand. Also a dragon mantle art of a Sun’s Creation card appearing at the base of the deck area

Made match unplayable, and made sealed unplayable . Wasted money 😤
