How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. premier draft

    i was drafting when i lost my first game and i was taken out like i lost all 3, i got 250 gems and the dmu premier draft is gone.
    I request the refund of the 1500 gems that were spent or the game where I left off.

  3. quick drafts ending 3 hours before scheduled end time

    Just an idea, but if a format is advertised to run until a specific time, it should run until that time, not end 3 hours early.

  4. color challenge bug

    when playing red against blue it stops working and i can never finish the match. It stops at different points also

  5. Shivan devastator bug

    I had lost a game in historic event because my opponent cast a shivan devastator 0/0 and this became a Copy of the monastery swiftspear in is graveyard. The problemi is i can't target the creature with my spell and i can't block It.

  7. Bug: Night of the Sweets' Revenge

    I was playing a Quick Draft game. My opponent had a Conceited Witch, an Archon of the Wild Rose, and had just sacrificed a Night of Sweet's Revenge to give them both +3/+3 until end of turn. On my side of the battlefield, I had a Hamlet glutton(tapped), a Greta, Sweettooth Scourge(untapped), a Hollow Scavenger(untapped), and a land made into a 3/3 by a Brave the Wilds(untapped). I also had one regular land untapped and a food on the battlefield.

    My life total was 8 or 9, I honestly can't remember, and my opponent attacked with both creatures. The Conceited…

    ランクが下がり敗北数のカウントが増えた
    早急に対応して敗北数を減らしてほしい

  10. I am not leveling up despite earning experience

    My experience is stuck at 975 at level 69. I've won games and earned experience through completing the daily quest (gold and EXP) and winning games (game number 7 and 8 at least), but yet I stay at level 69 with 975 exp. I would expect that the experience I earn get credited to my total and that I earn level 69 reward.

  11. Redraft for Phantom draft events should be allowed!

    Have you gone into a phantom draft and just gotten a terrible pool of cards to work with? Have you enjoyed the set so much you would like to redraft and play again with a different deck?

    Wizards should allow at least one redraft or a redraft after every 5 games played for the simple quality of life to ensure that their loyal players will continue to enjoy the formats that they enjoy the most without bad luck destroying the fun!

  13. Quick draft Lord of the Rings

    Hallo, i started a quick draft lord of the rings and out of 3 played matches so far, I won 2 and lost 1.
    The problem is it says i have 2 wins AND 2 losses.

  14. Server lost connection while playing draft, lost as result

    Since there is a fee to enter drafts, I'd like it to be reimbursed. Server issues should not result in default losses by players.

  16. Standard Event is a scam! Do not play!

    If you're looking to have fun, do not play Standard Event! WotC has a secret matchmaking system for the match to ensure you waste coins and gems by matching your deck against any deck that can theoretically counter it. Playing Aggro? Get ready to face only control matchups. Running a control deck? Get ready to face either aggro or even harder control. As I wish this was case of just "git gud" but all decks I've ran have pretty much worked on my ranked climb (Plat 3 currently). Yet, somehow, I only find opponents that counter my deck.

  17. Connection lost

    I cannot play more than 3 times because while im Play, the Connection lost and i losse the game. All the week ist the Same. I Play in Android. My Internet from the Cellphone o wi-fi running good

  18. draft matchmaking against much higher rank

    I had a limited quick draft as a gold player and was matched against 3 top 900 mythic opponents might as well just steal money from me next time. I would rather not match immediately than be matched in an unfair game

  19. Android client freeze during qualifier weekend

    My client had a freeze during third game in 6th round in Qualifier weekend. I had to force quit, then I did not have chance to counter important spell while that could help me win this match. As a result, I have lost and this is the end of my qualifier run.
    I had one blue mana open and mystical dispute in hand Just enough to counter Tale's end. But it was not possible to do so.
