How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

jump in blue mission bug
Jump in blue mission not progressing even though i have completed jump in 5+ times, making sure to get the win and collect the rewards each time.

Phantom Losses during Limited events
Two of the last three events I have entered have given me a “phantom loss” where after deck building , my deck appears with a triangular exclamation point error message and I start the event with one loss. This happened during my first attempt at the MKM arena open, where I was upset but wrote it off as a fluke, and again just now in MKM draft. I don’t know what I am doing to cause it, but it is very annoying and makes me not want to play since I am playing at a disadvantage to everyone else.

Premier Draft Game-Tracking Failure
I was playing in a Premier Ravnica Chaos Draft on IOS and won a game (I had previously won twice and lost twice). When I returned to the event, it had counted the win as a loss. This is of course not correct, and it should count my win as a win. Included are a screenshot of my victory and the following event screen.

Draft loss bug
Twice I have experienced a bug where I was given a loss during a draft when I should not have. First during a premier draft I lost a match and it gave me two losses instead of just one. Second during a quick draft I was given a loss after winning a match. Very frustrating as it cut both those drafts short for me which is a loss of valuable resources as a player

During the pick phase of a War ofthe Sparks premium draft the game has returned a connection error and was impossible to continue the draft phase. As a result, there were random cards in the deck/

server drop during draft event leads to loss
I want a refund for my draft event.
I was winning the match, then I cast my removal spell, and the the screen stayed like this until the turn-timer started. I thought it was my opponent's timer. They the timer ended, but nothing happened. Then it informed me of disconnect.

Starter decks not being added
After winning 3 games on the starter deck event with the new lists, I only got 1 of them which was not the one I was using
Checked collection just in case I got the cards, but only got the ones from the deck I unlocked
Thought we were supposed to get all of them

BUG: Premier draft ended early
My opponent conceded and my draft ended early. I was certain i had won and this was clearly shown in the Players.log file. Please see snippets below. I can share the full log if needed but note its bigger than 50Mb.

wins recorded as losses in draft format
During Premier draft MKM My opponent surrendered when I had lethal on the board. The game client recorded this as a loss ending my draft (as it was the 3rd loss).

game kept on crashing when joining match(3x) during draft
There was an initial crash/game closed when finding an opponent. I restarted mtga and it got to the found opponent screen with their name then crashed again. this happened a second time, then was able to start the match after missing my first turn. this was during a draft event, on my pc.

Multiple claimable Arena Anniversary rewards
I received multiples of the same daily Arena Anniversary mail, the rewards could therefor be claimed multiple times. These came spread out over the day.
I'm on Windows PC / Steam
I noticed I received the same mail 2-3 times including draft tokens and mastery experience. I may also have received 2 of the M20 packs but uncertain. To my knowledge, any other anniversary mail has only been received/claimed once.

Did not receive mythic card rewards from event pass mastery after reaching those milestones
The first time it happened i thought maybe i had less mythic wildcards than i was expecting before reaching the mastery milestone that grants one, but this time i was paying attention and i had 2 mythic wildcards before the milestone reward and still only 2 and after reaching it. I also did not see any animation that shows that i got a new mastery reward after finishing the game that gave me enough XP to get it, it showed only the daily win reward. Logging out and back in did not solve my issue.

Additional loss after 2nd game in Premier Draft
In my most recent MKM-Alchemy Premier Draft, I won the first game and lost the second game. While the first win was registered correctly, I suddenly had two instead of one loss after the second game. Effectively this caused me to collect 3 losses early.
I suspect that there was something wrong going on when I was matched for the second game. While the search for an opponent had already been finished after about 3 seconds (thats when the "Cancel" button dissapeared) it took an unusual extra 10 seconds until I entered the game. I experienced no internet connection issues…

App crashing while entering match
For about the last month, when opening the app for the first time after a while, the first match I begin makes the app crash, then reopening the app it find the pending match but when at the “username vs username” screen it crashes again and keeps doing that until the timer runs out and i get match loss. While playing in ladder isn’t a huge problem, it happened also during a Standard Metagame challenge making me lose the entry at the first match without even playing the match whatsoever. "Spelunking" packet apparently glitched packet-selection in "Jump In!"
I selected "Spelunking" as my first packet in a "Jump In!" event. I was on the iOS client. It gave me choices for the second packet, but when I selected "Wandering" it basically gave me the screen below. I say "basically" because the screenshot is from the Mac client, which I opened after I'd closed the app on my phone. When I chose "Jump In!", it said I was in packet-selection, but it gave me this when I tried to resume. It's the same screen as it was on mobile, but it's a different resolution.
