How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

banned cards
I waited for the bans to be announcent, and after the update, i went into a standard event best of 3... i quess, people could participate before the ban and therfore lock in decklist's with banned cards.... but this should not be possible..

Jump In not showing unpicked packs
I'm not getting unpicked packets when joining Jump In. According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-kamigawa-neon-dynasty-2022-02-11,
for your first packet, at least one option will be a packet you've never selected
This happened like 5-10 times with previous releases, but I thought I'd try again now that NEO is out and there are new packets that I've never picked. Instead I was offered Armory, Zombies and Powered Up, all of which I've picked before.

My opponent had Urabrask, Heretic Praetor in their ONE draft deck

Only been receiving the last set of coins when multiple award screens appear after playing a game.
I have been playing the last couple days, and realized I have only been receiving the first set of coins when multiple award screens appear after playing a game.
I.E. color challenge, awarded 25 coins, then 250 coins, only 25 coins show up in coin total.
Or finished playing a metagame, won 500, 500, 1000 coins, only received 500 coins.
It has happened in multiple games.
Playing on PC via steam download, but think it also happened when playing on iOS on phone.

Renata, Called to the Hunt Bug
イェドラの影響で土地になったレナータがいる状態でエルドレインへの侵攻が裏返ったところ、＋１カウンターが乗った状態で出ました。
その後二枚目のレナータにもカウンターが乗っていましたイェドラの効果で死亡したレナータを裏向きで戦場に戻したにも関わらず表のレナータの能力が適応されたままとなっていた

Bug .... Cut Down Doesnt work(But should) on Curse Of Leeches when transformed into 4/4 creature.

Cut Down doesn't work on Curse Of Leeches when transformed in into Leeching lurker. Being that it transforms into a 4/4 a creature and isn't a enchantment anymore Cut Down should be able to destroy it....

Blocking Bug
I just experienced something that should not have happened. It was the first game of a MOM quick draft. Opponent was at 11 I at 12 health. He had a 6/5 and a 5/5 in play along with invasion of ikoria that I was defending. I had 1 blocker available, he attacked both the 6/5 & 5/5 at the invasion (Invasion of Ikoria starts with 6 counters & he played it this turn). Obviously I block the 6/5 so he doesn’t get the 8/8 creature from the flipped invasion. So I do, I double check I am blocking the correct…

Falla en draft
Ingrese a un draft premier el sábado 30 de mayo de 2023, durante el draft la pantalla se congeló y tuve que reiniciar la aplicación, cuando ingrese de nuevo la pantalla mostraba que tenía pendiente elegir una carta, pero no se veía ninguna carta.
Sistema operativo: iOS

Opponent went to zero life during a combat where I attacked a battle
In this MOM premier draft game, I attacked an "Invasion of Eldraine" with 3 "Malady Invokers" and a "Vorinclex". My opponent successfully blocked all of them, yet to my surprise they lost the game for having 0 life. Unless they inexplicably conceded and the client glitched their life display, this seems like a bug. This was on the Steam/ Windows PC platform.
Please see attached third party tracker replay of the game and attached game log. Please investigate and explain what's happening. Thanks.

investigate
Playing Shadows over innistrad draft and Jace's scruitiny sometimes does not trigger or complete the entire spell. Meaning, the investigate ability doesn't happen and there is not a clue token upon completion. To resproduce the bug I'm sure it's just a matter of casting it during your opponents turn. I'm not sure if it only happens on the first spell or after casting others. I believe it's happened to me in both situations. I am playing on windows PC.

Paring someone against the same opponent in a paid event is a way to scam people out of money.
When Wizards pairs people against people they have already lost to in a paid event, they are manipulating the results of the events to prevent paying out the prizes. It is a scam. They can pair you against a deck you lose to multiple times to keep your wins low. Then they can pair that person against someone they lose to multiple times to keep their wins low too. That way they can prevent paying out on events. It is a complete scam.
This has happened to me multiple times on Arena and I think I will be going back…1 vote -
Game freezes (stackoverflowed) upon match found or reconnecting to match
Happened twice today that the game froze when a match was found and when I tried to reconnect. Checking in the task manager, MTGA uses almost 100% of system memory. Checking the log I suspect there's a bug in error handling code causing a stackoverflow.
Platform: PC
Repro Rate: 10%
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter ranked play bo1
2. Wait for a match to be found
3. When "Ready" shows up, the game stops responding
4. Force quit and re-launch to reconnect
5. Observe the same behavior as in step #3

Draft
I have a problem with a draft I played today, May 23, 2023, at 9:00 PM Argentina time.
I was playing a casual draft and I couldn't interact for 3 turns, which caused me to lose the last chance of the draft and not be able to continue participating.
I kindly request that you do not count that game or return the draft token to me.
I would like to mention that I stopped playing since 2021 until the date I decided to return to MTG, but the main reason I stopped playing the game was due to this same…

i played the event brother wars premier.
i played ''gix's caress' and i try to discard a green baloth (don't remember the name...is the baloth that when enter in the game you gain life) and the baloth came into the battlefield against me !!! not in the graveyard.

Kicked from premier draft after winning a game
Playing my 4th game of a Premier Draft with a 1-2 record. I win the game, I am shown the victory screen. I click through to the next screen to find 3 loss notches and I am kicked from the event and given the rewards for a 1-3 record. I was essentially cheated out of my entry fee, and I would greatly appreciate a refund.
