How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Starter deck bug
1) The 3 wins doesn't update after selecting a new deck
2) I have won 3 times, however am unable to receive the new decks after being rotated.Please fix this

Etali is OP in Momir
Since the Momir event uses all-land decks, can we please have [Etali, Primal Conqueror] removed from the pool of cards you can create with the emblem? Its rules text in this format specifically translates to "When Etali enters, exile each player's library." If a player happens to get Etali, the odds of having rolled any option to prevent this from being a one-shot game-winning ability are comically low.
I know Momir is, by design, a chaotically unbalanced format, but one-card wins of this sort are a little much.

Draft
Clicked to play a match and after 1:40 in queue I pressed the button cancel, after that it seemed that the "match" was lost.

Frodo, Sauron's Bane not winning game as ability intends
In numerous games I have completed the necessary parts to trigger Frodo Sauron's Bane card effect but it does not trigger. These are;
- Have the ring tempt you 4 times
- Active Frodo's ability on that turn
- Inflict player damageI have lost 3 ranked games because of this. These are all on android and I am not sure if I can collect logs from this device?

Greenbelt Radical's morph cost was only 4 mana?
I was playing in an MKM draft event, and when the opponent only had 4 mana, they were able to turn up greenbelt radical, making me lose the game! How is this fair?

draft does not track wins or losses
In Premier Remix Draft: Artifacts, I keep playing games and they do not get recorded. After every game, victory or defeat, it keeps showing that I'm 0-1. It's cool to get free games, I guess, but my deck is sweet and I would have gotten to 7 wins, but no reward.

draft game counted as a loss when my opponent conceded
I was at playing Throne of Eldraine Premier Draft. 6th game (my record was 3-2). My opponent conceded on the 11th turn, and my screen said Victory. I have the game record on 17lands, yet, I was given a loss and the draft screen said I now had 3 losses. I would like (at least) my 4 win prize and another draft. I spent 1500 gems.

défaite lors de la recherche infructueuse d'un adversaire pour un paquet scellé
Bonjour,
J'avais deux défaites pour deux victoires sur un évènement paquet scellé au manoir karlov.
J'ai essayé de lancer une nouvelle partie mais il n'y avait aucun adversaire disponible. Au bout de plusieurs minutes, je suis revenu sur l'écran d'accueil de l'évènement et une nouvelle défaite avait été comptabilisé, ce qui a mis fin à l'évenement. jJe trouve ça assez injuste étant donné l'investissement réalisé pour participer à cet évenement.2 votes -
bug draft defeat even if i won the game
i was in a draft and the client was taking too long to found me an opponnent so i click to cancel the search and the client count me a defeat without fighting anybody.
An other day it took also long to found an opponent but it did found one, i won the game and like the first time the game count it like a defeat (i had already 2 defeat so the draft ended) and i earned the amount of gem like i never had this victory.

Bug pairing screen QuickDraft / Defeat
Hello, I would like to apologize for my bad English, I am from Argentina and I use a translator.
I would like to report a problem that I had playing from my mobile (android).
Participating in a quick draft, I had only one loss and when entering a new game the game loaded to the matchmaking screen and was for a few minutes announcing "Waiting for the opponent"...
Since the game was not progressing, I pressed "cancel". (I never entered the game, I never saw cards or the board, I did not concede the game, nor did I get the…2 votes -
Jump in event: picking packs failed
jump in event: I picked wandering and caves but it went back to the home screen every time I try to access the event a second time it only shows that I picked the wandering pack and won't let me do anything else.

Client gave me a game loss after winning a game of draft
I was 3-2 in this MKM premier draft I was doing and after decisively winning my match I returned to the draft screen and saw that I was instead handed a game loss ending my draft.
Before that last game I was in the game queue for almost three minutes before exiting and re-entering the queue again, which may be related to the bug.
Please refund my draft. Thank you for the help.

Premiere Draft victory recorded a loss. Recorded video footage as proof
I won the game in premiere draft but it recorded it as a loss. Please can I at the very least get my 1500 gems back. But I believe I should be compensated more because I lost rank and potential to win more gems than 1500.

Golden Packs NOT recieved even though game says "Each pack purchased will advance golden pack meter"
the in game display text says "EACH pack you purchased will advance your golden pack meter" But this is a lie. Customer service doesn't care about the lie. They just want our money and don't care.

I incurred a loss during a sealed event. No idea why.
I incurred a loss during a sealed event. No idea why. I waited for a match to start for around a minute and then when I returmed to home screen, the loss was there, logged. This has happened to me before, but I have not had any internet, or connectivity issues.

BUG: Timeouts on the Server side when all looks fine on the Client Side
1- Go to Premier Draft Event Page (with the Draft already done and the Deck ready)
2- Press "Play" to enter a match
3- You are sent to a Waiting Screen with a Timer while you are about to be paired with an opponent
3- After waiting for a bit you press "Cancel"
4 - There is a fraction of time right after you press "Cancel" and while the screen is fading back to the main event page when you might see the "Currently Waiting" to "Entering the match" (or something similar)

cards on quick draft didn't start to show up at all
Just start quick draft but none of the booster cards show up

SERVER CRASHING
today I started a draft of the new collection (MKM) and due to instabilities in the server I couldn't perform at the event, I tested the internet and it was not a data package problem, if possible I would like to request the return of the crystals, Thanks for the support.
