How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos
Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

SERVER CRASHING
today I started a draft of the new collection (MKM) and due to instabilities in the server I couldn't perform at the event, I tested the internet and it was not a data package problem, if possible I would like to request the return of the crystals, Thanks for the support.

During MKM Traditional draft I couldn't see/pick cards at the start of pack 3
Everything was working fine until pack 3. I missed the first 3 picks (after the 2nd one I restarted the app and everything was OK again but I had missed the 3rd pick by then). I was playing on my Android phone.

Amass Zombie not creating zombie token
Starting in the last 24 to 48 hours, after I create a zombie army token for the first time and it dies by combat or sacrifice, anything else with Amass Zombie # does not proc the zombie token.
I have been using the Braiins Brawl deck with very few if any alterations. Has not been an issue until last 24-48 hours.2 votes -
Premiere draft not counting win
Hello, I recently completed a game on arena on desktop. I was 2-0 and thought it counted the win to take me to 3-0, but then when I just checked I was still back aat 2-0. Is it safe to play these events? I have been running into bugs recently. Thank you.

premiere draft
I was playing arena on mobile and the game froze (I was still able to pull up cards and read them) but my opponents timer ran out and just froze instead of moving to the next phase. I believe they conceded, but there is no record of a win on my results.

Lurrus and Jegantha not a companion in Midweek Magic: Timeless Showcase
In this week's Midweek Magic event (Timeless Showcase), when viewing the event decks, two of them have companions (Jegantha and Lurrus). However, when actually playing the event, neither of those two decks have companions available to use.

Information regarding Arena SUCKS
My idea is for Wizards of the Coast to start giving us some information. I have played arena for years. visit the website and forums and there is still ZERO notice of up and coming formats.
I sat down last night to play an MKM draft - Ohh I cant!
Why because we are now running a phyrexian non-chaos chaos draft that wasn't announced. Wasn't communicated except for a stupid impossible to understand release table that displays no dates or any form of chronological framework.
Its just a joke.
We get no consultation, no information, no place for feedback and…

Arena closes during matchmaking
During my standard ranked matches the game closed. It always happened when I was matched with an opponent. I restarted the game several (7 or 8) times and it closed again as soon as the the match restarted. When the game was lost/over I could start the game again without crashes. I had this problem 2 times since the last update. I’m playing on iOS.

Draft
During a draft game the game freezes and I can't do anything. It's already happened to me 5 times and it's made me lose a lot of diamonds. I play with an iPad Air and a 500 Mb connection

レベル70より先のマスタリーパス報酬が手に入らない
「カルロフ邸殺人事件」マスタリー・パスを購入しています。
レベル70より先はレベル達成の度にアンコモン・カードを報酬として手に入れられると思っているのですが違うのでしょうか？レベル71到達時点で手に入らなかったかは定かではないのですが、レベル72以降は報酬が表示されていません。
わたしのマスタリー・パスの認識が誤っている可能性もありますが、

game kept crashing while I started a match, and it counted as a loss in a sealed game.
I started a match for MKM sealed but my game kept crashing and would not let me play the match. ended up with a game loss. please help!

Extract a confession bug
Hi all,
I just experienced a bug with the card "Extract the confession" in draft. My opponent couldnt choose the option to collect the evidence. Howerer, the client still automatically sacrificed my highest power creature.
Could you please reimburse me for this game and fix this bug

Draft Bug
I finished a Premier Draft going 3-3, but the when I clicked the Claim button nothing happened and the game crashed. When I opened the game back up, my draft had been completed but I didn't recieve my packs or gems for getting 3 wins. I would like my winnings, or another draft oppurtunity.

Cannot continue selecting packets with jump in.
Hello, I was trying to play Jump In after the MKM update, and I was able to select my first packet (Wandering), but after selecting a second packet (Spelunking), the game booted me back to the main menu. Now, when I access Jump In, I am prompted to choose my second packet, but I have no options. The game shows that my first packet was Wandering like before, but there are no packet options. I can still go back to the main menu, but I cannot continue with my Jump In entry.

Mid Week Jump-In Tri-Colored Deck
Mid-Week Jump-in Event Gave me a 3-Colored Deck. There was no way to avoid this in the second package selection. Without being able to re-draft, It handicaps me for the event and is very frustrating. After a fair amount of jump in games the normal way, I can't recall it being possible to get a 3 color deck, let alone get stuck with one. Please Fix and let me repick to get event credit.
To be clear: first round packets were all 2 color(not that this should matter). Picked a RB. Second Packet Selection; all 2 colors and none of…

Employee gems
Soo this is a weird thing to rapport but it feels kinda scummy if I don’t. But I just received 10.000 gems for being an employee and while I don’t mind them gems, I’m not an employee. I just claimed them without thinking, thought it was like 100 gems for new release or something like that but yeah, not my gems

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries featured in Phantom Sealed MKM?!?!?!
During a game of Midweek Event "Phantom Sealed" of Murders at Karlov Manor, my opponent had in the deck a copy of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries of War of the Sparks. How is that possible? It's not a special guest of the set, and the event is ONLY for MKM cards. Explain this please.
