How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

benefit from bugs should be punished
I am a loyal player of MTG Arena. Recently, I have noticed that a large number of players have exploited bugs with which you can finish daily task many times and get gold from it， to gain unfair benefits after MOM update. I believe that this behavior has harmed the interests of players like myself who have purchased content in the game，and I‘ve heard that you do nothing to this behavior last time the bug happened.

Nazgul Art Card Style Crafting refers to bundle in store, but there's no bundle.
When trying to craft the 9 Nazgul 3d card styles, the first one worked, then all the others only have a button to the store saying you have to get it with a bundle. But there is no such bundle in the store. I've attached a screen shot of the crafting screen, but I didn't think you needed screen shots of the store.

Store unable to load
I just finished downloading new arena content on my computer. When I click on the store, or anything that will take me to the store, it displays the orange loading circle with "waiting for the server" and it gets stuck there, thus I am unable to access the store. I would really love to be able to get to the store and buy things so I can play. :)

Have been receiving gems in packs rather than Rares for LTR
- For the past 10+ packs I've opened for Lord of the Rings, I've received gems instead of rares despite having only collected 268/292 rares. The mythics didn't seem to be affected. My concern is this will carry-over to Wilds of Eldraine, and I will want to full-complete those sets as I had wanted to with LTR.
- I'm using MTG Arena in Epic Games for Mac OS X.
- I continue to receive the gems when opening Lord of the Rings LTR packs, haven't verified if it's affecting other sets. Most sets I have 100% completion on.

At which rate does the wildcard drop rate increase when opening packs?
Not sure if this belongs here. I contacted MTG Arena support earlier today and they told me to post here. So here goes.
The webpage at https://magic.wizards.com/en/mtgarena/drop-rates lays out the drop rates for wildcards in packs. It also states
"Each Pack you open that does not redeem for a Wildcard of a particular rarity will increase the drop rate for Wildcards of that rarity for the next Pack."
However, I couldn't find any information as to at which rate it increases. For example, the drop rate for a rare wildcard is 1:30. Does it increase as 1:29, 1:28, 1:27, etc.…

I don't believe that my most recent gold pack functioned correctly.
I just ordered the last pack I needed to complete my gold pack progress in the shop. When I opened the resulting gold pack though I was only granted 1 WOE card. Based on my set completion for WOE I should have received at least two rare/mythics from that set. The pack also appeared bugged to me because most of the cards in it were marked "first" despite the fact that I have multiple copies of them already. I unfortunately could not record the exact contents of the affected pack since the collection screen will no longer tell me that…

Shadows of the Past Mythic Drop Rate lower than published drop rate
Shadows of the Past Mythic cards should drop in 1/30 packs, per the official drop page. However, during a very large pack opening on the LotR Streamer event on 6/15/23, the Mythic drop rate was observed at a 1/60 rate, the odds of which are 1/15,000. I believe there is a bug in the actual drop rate.

Unable to purchase Gems on MTG Arena
I am unable to purcahase Gems on my MTG Arena account. Whenever I go to purchase them, the screen goes to 'Waiting for server', then either freezes or eventually after about 7 or 8 minutes goes to 'unable to access Server or something Similar.
I can play games and Draft fine, but cannot buy Gems with which to play.
Please advise as to what to do; i have contacted Customer Support and they Directed me here.

Jungle Hollow Alt Art not usable
Just bought the Jungle Hollow card style in today's Daily Deals. It shows purchased in the shop. However, when trying to change the regular Jungle Hollows in a couple of my decks to the new card style, there's no option to. I tried restarting the game, but still cannot access the new card style.

Golden Pack don't contain 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets
I bought 10 packs of March of The Machine The Aftermatch to get 1 golden pack, interested in standard cards. I opened the golden pack and didn't recivieve 6 Rares or Mythic across standard sets acorrding to the description. I recieved 4 standard cards and 2 from Lord of The Rind, which is not a standard set. I need a refound of my 10000 golds I spend to purchased the first packs.

MtG Arena Store Summer Sale Suggestion
The Summer Sale items offer poor discounts on items that many of us have little-to-no use for (more sleeves, alt styles, emotes, etc.). Why not offer serious discounts (75% off) on a 3 different packs each day of the sale? Allow a selection of packs from Historic, Explorer, and Standard each day.

Mythics gone to waste
Good afternoon i recently bought 10 mythic packs from eldraine, Wich i had already compleated all the collection of mythic cards. I understand is reasonable to take the fault by myself But hope is not dead, yet.
I wish i could restore my gems expent to purchase these packs cuz i really find them expensive enough to waste.
From the booster packs i got none rare or mythics and im very sad about it. You can Check my latest purchases and verify this issue i brough u. For the sake of magic. Thank you so much1 vote -

Recieved 40 Gems instead of Mythic from Throne of Eldraine Pack
I have purchased four Mythic Packs from Throne of Eldraine. Upon opening the fourth pack, I got a message saying I have collected all the Mythics from this pack. Instead of receiving a Mythic card or wildcard, I got 40 gems. I only have three Mythics in my possession from Throne of Eldraine, as shown in the screenshot below. I know there are over 20 Mythics in this pack, so I'm very confused to why I received gems instead of one of them.
