How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  3. freeze the game. Need to close the game = mastery orb + shop

    1- Go you mastery tree
    2- Reclam a orb
    3- Go to the store before the reward card style appears
    4- the game freezes. You have to close and open

    I did this process 3 times and the result has always been the same.

  4. The packs that I exchanged for gold do not appear

    I bought packs redeemed with gold and could only open one pack. I need them to be able to recover the rest of the packages as Only one can open

    I purchased some Ajani cards with coins on the daily deals… I don’t have those cards available. I attached two photos of proof. Please email or text this website layout is difficult to navigate.

  6. Update the drop rate webpage for DMU

    Can you please update the drop rate and mastery pass description page for DMU? Specifically I'm wondering how the system handles rare card rewards which are specific cards (not ICRs) which the player already owns.

    The below page would have the info I'm looking for, except it's only been updated for HBG...

  9. Internal Error + No levelling

    Whenever I attempt to purchase literally anything, cards, skins, pets, you name it. An error "Internal Error" occurs. My levelling also seems to be stuck at 1000/1000 if that provides any assistance.

  10. Prerelease code giving 6 cards and not 6 boosters for Baldur's Gate

    I used a prerelease code, and it says it should give 6 boosters for Baldur's Gate Alchemy, but I only got one pack, and it contained 6 cards. If I could know what to do in order to get the missing boosters, that would be great.
    EDIT: I should mention that I clicked Open All, and that I've experimented and this happens to other packs I get if there are multiple copies.
