How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  4. Can't access the Arena store

    This is the fifth day in a row that I can't access the in-game MTGA store. Message is, as always, "Waiting for the server".

    It seems to affect only a percentage of the users and I haven't found a workaround.

    I tried from different compùters in different networks with the same negative result: "Waiting for the server".

    I can't understand why you don't release a hotfix for this, since it's your main income from MTGA users. I myself spend real money in gems every month.

  5. Waiting for the server

    I can't access the ingame store. I'm in a "Waiting for the server" infinte loop.

    Can you fix this?

  6. 100 gold discount on boosters is insulting, and whoever came up with it, should be traded to the pokemon for ANY draft pick.

    Seriously, stupidest thing ever. Offering a 10% discount on exactly one booster pack, is just spitting in my face. I logged in today, like you want me to, I worked on my dailies, like you want me to, then I checked the deals of the day, like you want me too. Why do you do that?

  8. Can’t buy 20,000 gems on MTG Arena iOS

    I can’t buy 20000 gems on MTG Arena iOS platform.

    I have previously completed the tutorial on MS Window platform.
    When I login to the iOS platform. I still have the tutorial store for gems purchasing.

    Attached is the screenshot.

    Please help.

    I recently opened a pack and got Approach of the Second Sun, but it is not showing up in my collection.

  11. Mobile App Store not working

    I have been playing on the mobile app for around a week now, and I have been unable to access the store since day 1. I thought this was just an issue with the beta but seems others are using store just fine. I reported issue and was told to uninstall and re-download which I did. Same issue still. I was also told to report issue here if reinstalling doesn't work. I'm playing on a new galaxy note 20.

  14. Possible Bug: Cannot buy the Japanese card art for Mystical Archives Style: Blue

    I was about to buy the Japanese card art for Mystical Archives Style: Blue as I have not purchased it yet, however I can no longer see it in my store in Bundles even though the White and Red styles are still there.

  15. Help me spend money in "Daily Deals"

    When I go to "Daily Deals" you should show me which cards I have in my decks. The odds of me purchasing cosmetic cards knowing the card is in my deck goes up from "no thanks" to "sure, thank you!" lol

  16. Mystical Archives banned cards in Booserpacks

    Had to wait for the answer for a few days but the refund is satisfactory.
    Exactly what I had in mind.

    But there is a bigger problem right now I just noticed.
    And that is really big ********.
    When I buy packs of Strixhaven I get Mystical Archive cards too.
    Because of this I still buy these while have all Strixhaven cards.

    BUT you get also as rare/mythical rare cards that are not legal!
    I can not play that card in any format and I payed for the booster!
    Here a list of the cards I recieved already which arent…

  17. Store Error

    24h ago, when my update finished, I found that the store continued to stay "error". The problem happened in my mobile client, I didn't try it on PC. Other events works well and I even played some standard ranked games. I also tried to turn off my WiFi or turned off my phone then back on, I tried to uninstall mtga then install it again. But they didn't work at all. So I want to know how to fix it. I really eager to purchase something in store. Thank you!

  19. infinite load screen on store

    a bug when i click on the mtg arena store. it prompts an infinite loading screen
    "waiting for server" with the spinning load circle.
    ive tried reinstalling, restarting , logging out and back in , nothing seems to work.

    everything else in the game seems to work fine

  20. store tab will not lode

    I can't get to the store to redeem gold for buster packs and other purchases like gems and such . whenever i click on the "'store "' tab it gets stuck on "'waiting for server'' . note that it only happens on my account but not my wife even though she is using my computer just singed into her account.
    I am at a louse as to why I cant get into the store to make purchases Pleas Help .
    p.s love playing thank you for all your hared work and effort to making
    the gaming exp so amazing.
