Not random cards in pack?
Hello. I have bought a total of 3 packs with forgotten realms. In 2 out of 3 i got the exact same planeswalker. what are the odds for that? It makes me believe that there is something wrong with randomization of cards for at least that set

Purchase Bug
Purchased Paradise Frost land styles in a bundle from the store with gems, but can't see the lands when I try to apply them.
They disappeared from my store, so I know the purchase went through. I checked and flipped through all the styles multiple times, they just aren't there.1 vote -

if you look at them while in hand/in library/collectiono, they have no border. as of this patch or maybe the last one, they have a border. this appears to be a bug

Gold rewards are cut in half
Using iOS
Upon finishing a daily quest or completing a level with gold rewards, the amount of gold and XP show up on the screen but only half of the gold I should be receiving shows up on my account.8 votes -
Let me buy old packs efficiently.
I am very happy with the way the Golden Pack works.
However...- Want to buy packs because I want a wild card.
- Want to buy the latest set because of the Golden Packs
- The packs of the latest set are also available in draft and mastery.
- The latest packs may be duplicates. Older packs are not likely to be efficient because golden packs do not count.
- Stop buying packs.
This is the dilemma. I am tempted to hold off on buying them in order to be more efficient.
Maybe increase the price of gems when the rares are duplicated (20…

Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy
I went to claim my Free 3 packs for Wilds of Eldraine Alchemy and did not receive them. Curious if this is a problem with anyone else and if someone can do something about this. Thank you.

I did not get a tick in the golden pack progress after purchasing a MOM pack from daily deal.

Product suggestion
Currently, the Viashino Pyromancer style is not available for purchase. I think it would be good to unlock that for all players.

Khans of Tarkir should show at Store is not a standart

Doesn't display the KTK packs are not play in curent Standard formats.
Someone may buy it by mistake.

Store not working
The MTG arena store will not let me purchase gems. I am trying to either purchase the $20 or $50 gems option to participate in the Decathlon pauper event. When I click on the button to bring me to payment, the store just gets stuck on the loading screen.
My username is f3_kf2#92968 and I am playing on the Mac app.
Since I cannot play the event during the work week, I would like to be either given the token for the event or a significant discount on the store if this issue is not resolved today.

Store Bug
I cant bbuy gems in the store. I Also cant change my paying method. Pls help. I also did a new installation. Doesnt work.

I cant buy the begginers/welcome bundle.
i cant pay the begginer/welcome bundle, when i click to buy it it says "Error in the store", after that appears the steam window for paying things in games and i click on apporve, after that that window closes and i dont get the bundle, i do all in my hands to do it and i cant buy it.

Visual artifact: card remaining on screen
Visual artifact: card overview remaining on screen after quitting store. I long pressed on a touchscreen to open the overview but this issue occurred one time only. In the menu, it was only hiding text.

Sleeve Glory for Kaldhein in the store
Please add Glory for Kaldhein sleeve in the store, or add the option to buy more items.. for example, inside the profile add all the sleeves, companions and avatars with the lock icon with a option to buy.. you are losing money.

Mastery pass XP not being reward - 1 October 2023
Mastery pass XP progress was not rewarded to me todat despite completing daily wins as well as a 500XP quest.
Noticed after 5 wins and quest completion (250XP + daily variable wins 100XP for first win and 50XP each subsequent win = total 1 550 XP missing).
Robbery! Completely unacceptable by WotC to have a paid for game malfunction in this way. It is stealing the time and value paid for the mastery pass.

Please vote and comment with your experience. Wizards needs to see we are outraged by this and no they'll fast lose our support…

- Enter the actual results you’re experiencing Receive Gems reward, not expected Rare or Mythic card.
- Enter the expected results of the feature Expected a Rare or Mythic card when opening pack.
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos Currently have 221 of 276 rares and 70 or 88 Mythics collect in Throne of Eldraine. Opened 2 packs after winning 2 packs in recent draft event.
- If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps. none.
