How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bloodletter of Aclozatz not stacking correctly?
If we have two Bloodletter of Aclozatz on the field, and I deal 2 damage to the opponent on my turn. Should we not do an extra 4 damage (2 + 2 bonus for each card) and not 6 damage (2 * 2 * 2)?

Dauntless Dismantler did nog destroy Iceberg Titan when sacrificed for X = 0 during a Premium Draft
While playing in a Premium Draft of Lost Caverns of Ixalan, I activated my Dauntless Dismantler to destroy two transformed artifacts, among which an Iceberg Titan which was attacking me for a lethal amount. Due to unknown reasons, the Iceberg Titan was not destroyed by the activation of my Dauntless Dismantler, and the Iceberg Titan hit my life total for a lethal amount after it resolved (unsuccesfully?).

All cards in booster packs marked as new
When I open packs all cards are marked as new even when I already have multiple copies of the card and the volt percentage doesn't increase at all. Using Android

I bought a pack and didn’t receive it
I’m on mobile, and I went to the in game store to buy a pack. I spent 1,300 gold on it, and lost that gold, but I didn’t receive the Caverns of Ixalan pack I bought.

The concede button kills the spirit of the game
Players will concede before the opponent selects their first hand to cycle through games. I've had several players quit before the game starts and received rewards for a game I didn't fairly win... Ok, maybe that's cool, but you're giving away free product. perhaps the concede button doesn't need to be available until the first timeout timer has been expended or turn two or three, whichever comes first. This, with the addition of an eventual mulligan timer to prevent players stalling the hand choice step, or exiting the game for example, can get the game started and ensure it's played…

Hexproof not applying
Playing historic brawl. Wednesday November 15 around 3:25 am pacific time. Playing on iPad. Ivy gleeful spellthief is my commander. I have a venerated rotpriest and ivy in play, with a forest open. Open casts depart the realm from exile with foretell, targeting rotpriest. Rotpriest and ivy trigger. I elect to let the spell target ivy. Rotpriest triggers again. In response, I cast tyvar’s stand for zero targeting my rotpriest. Ivy triggers again, and I chose to copy the spell, giving ivy and rotpriest hexproof. The visual for hexproof shows up on ivy, but when depart resolves, ivy is bounced…

Astor, Bearer of Lader, and Bladehold War-Whip
When Astor, Bearer of Lader, and Bladehold War-Whip are together, it is not possible to equip them for 0 mana. This is a critical issue in the equipment deck, so please address and fix it promptly

Let us Break Cards down into wild cards or at least give us wild cards if we pull a card we already have 4 copies of.
Let us Break Cards down into wild cards or at least give us wild cards if we pull a card we already have 4 copies of. We want to be able to recycle unwanted cards like destroy a rare card i own to get a rare wild card or even a uncommon wild card. At the very least it would be nice to be rewarded for already owning 4 copies of somthing instead of basicly being punished for owning 4 beacuse its a wasted spot in the pack, but instead its a 5th copy of a spell that you will…

I experienced a game where I couldn't return creatures to hand turn 3 against a mono blue deck. There was nothing but land and 1 creature that couldn't prevent my advance. Yet nothing could be done. I th8no i might be done with this buggy trash. Not only d9es every card printed does something totally different here, it scues the differences to other levels. It creates confusion within the paper grade play. I think I'm done with this confusion, I may dabble from time to time but I'm not buying anything from mtg arena ever again. You have effective lost…

Frozen Game
I was playing in Traditional Draft. My opponent sent an attack and I chose blockers and the game stopped working there. I was given the timer rope, but was unable to respond and the rope reached the end the game just stood in place. I had to quit the client and this resulted in a match loss in Traditional Draft.

Lost Card in LCI Draft
I was doing the Traditional Draft and at one point when someone passed me a pack, the client skipped me and a card was not added to my deck.

Ban Chimil, the Inner Sun
Ban Chimil, the Inner Sun. You get to cast a free 5 cost spell every turn. This is ridiculous! As If thats not bad enough its casting cost is 6 yet its ability triggers the same turn it comes out. This stupid "discover" ability is just another rehash of "cascade" which ability should never have been allowed past the drawing board because it breaks the balance of the game. You shouldnt be allowed to cast multiple spells for free. Theres a mana cost for a reason. Without mana cost the game becomes broken and unbalanced.

Draft Bug
In a Draft: My opponent plays "Huatli's Final Strike" on my creature. So I play "Cogwork Wrestler" to prevent my creature from dying. However when "Cogwork Wrestler" entered it added "Chart a Course" to the stack instead. My creature then died. But I would have no way to even cast a sorcery during my opponents turn, nor was it even in my hand at the time.

issue dice roll: a real concern for Arena players
I think the issue of DICE to determine who plays first is already a real concern for Arena players.
We all know how decisive it is who starts the game in the most competitive formats like STD and recently many of us have noticed that some users are VERY below 50%.
I started keeping track of the percentage of starting dice gained a while ago. Of my last 50 games I ONLY STARTED IN 9. This is a bit absurd since I am currently having 18% of games where I start and in this way it is completely impossible for…

cannot redeem wildcards
I opened a bunch of packs for the new set and my wildcard inventory says I have 4 Rare Wildcards, but when trying to craft I'm notified I do not have enough wildcards to craft. Attached is my log file and screenshots, any help would be great!!

missing six packs:(
I had six packs waiting for going to the Lost Caverns of Ixalan Pre-Release and redeeming the code. I was looking forward to opening them today, but they are completely missing. they arent in my collection or unopened in my "packs" section. I am very bummed about this :(
