Retrieving asset manifest
I want to play the game, but I am constantly getting “Retrieving asset manifest” on the load screen and nothing else
This is an issue with YOUR app, not my phone, not my network. Don’t try to tell me otherwise, that is a lie.
Fixe it or want a refund from the last purchase I made, which was just before this issue with the app started happening

Flywheel Racer Bug
Hi,
I was doing a draft of MOM, but there was a bug with the card Flywheel Racer, preventing me from tapping it for mana. This caused me to lose some games as well as generally not give me a good time.
I'd like to ask for a reimbursement of 1500 gems so I can give it another go.4 votes -
MTG Arena is unplayable on macOS Ventura
Game is unplayable on a Macbook Air M2 with macOS Ventura.
Extremely bad lag, can't even open packs as the animation stutters and glitches. It's like all animations are in slow motion. Games match make but are unplayable. Server says no issues.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled Epic Games and MTGA. Have updated software, restarted machine and router.

dread presence
The black creature dread presence is supposed to give you the option to either draw a card or deal 2 damage when it enters the battlefield under your control. It's not doing either of these. Fix it

Game Freezing
There seems to be a recent issue with games freezing and players being unable to take action from hands. They can concede but they can’t do anything from hand.
I just experienced the issue but someone also mentioned it in a Discord server earlier.

Howling galefang conditional haste mechanic broken
Howling galefang’s conditional haste mechanic was still turned on despite not having the prerequisite adventure card in exile. This caused me to lose a close game in draft.

I logged into my account and checked my mailbox on September 22/2023 and I cannot delete old mails

When opening Arena it gets stuck on "Checking for active matches"
I have to hit Escape, log out, and log back in otherwise it just sits there "checking for active matches"

BUG : Get only Lands

The ability of Ashiok's Reaper was not triggered
I attacked with Ashiok's Reaper enchanted by the ability of Syr Armont, the Redeemer. Ashiok's Reaper was blocked by Aquatic Alchemist and the opponent cast Sugar Rush to Aquatic Alchemist. Then both creatures are defeated but the ability of Ashiok's Reaper was not triggered.

Discard Bug
The game wouldn't let me discard my cards down to 7 cards in hand at the end of my turn. It was saying to discard a total of 14 cards and the submit button was greyed out even when I had selected 14. I ended up going into my time banks and losing the match because of it.

Ground Seal did not stop the adventure side of Aquatic Alchemist from targeting an instant in the graveyard
I had Ground Seal in play. The visual effect of graveyards being untargetable showed on both graveyards. The Return Triumphant in my hand was greyed out, despite having creature cards in my graveyard with mana cost 3 or less. My opponent was able to cast Bubble Up to target Freeze in Place in their graveyard. Unfortunately I do not have a screenshot of that happening, but I have attached what I was able to capture. I also attached the log.

Draft Crashed
Draft Crashed in the middle of Pack one on 9/20/23. The draft was a giant mess.

Game Freeze or draw or hung up
Sparkey becomes very slow and hangs up when he has no way to win or would drop to 0 Lp and this can take up to 20 minutes. Or the game hangs up completely. Or spontaneous draw. And this happens 70% of the time since the update on my Android phone.

Draft Issue
Yesterday during the Draft outage, I won a match and it didn't register as the game crashed right after the victory screen.

Match loading screen displays “Description description description…”
See attached screenshot. This placeholder text is often displayed for a couple of seconds (i.e. it’s asynchronously replaced with the proper text while the match is loading).

Automatic mulligan during premier draft
I just played a few games of my premier draft after the 9/19 fix. During my last game, my opponent was deciding whether to mulligan and I waited. When it came to me for an option, my hand had been mulliganed and I was down to 6 cards. I did not choose this. My opponent was at 7 and I wonder if they chose to mulligan and it affected me instead? Pure conjecture but maybe a lead on the bug.

frequent crashes | no one cares to solve | wizards of the scam
game crashes during games, no matter what i do (wait, close the game) i receive a lose... 5 crashes today = 5 loses, are you going to fix your game? refund me my gems or should i just be satisfied with the wins donations toward my ops? #wizardsofthescam

Major Rarity card not found in at least the last 2 opened packages
I've been opening packs today, but everytime I touch the hidden one, it reveals itself then disappear with the rest of the cards. I imagine that this is the animation you wanted, but the main card is missing in the collection as for an additional mighty-rare/rare token. It happened twice at least and I understood that people have been reporting this quite a lot. Thank you for your service.
