How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Alchemy Cards in Historic
Get alchemy cards out of the historic format. If I wanted to play Hearthstone, I'd play Hearthstone.

Player turn time limit
For the love of god, reduce the amount of time a player has to use each round, or at least reduce the amount of time before the time outs kick in. The turn length gets used and abused because of the game design. No one needs more than 30 seconds to figure their turn out. Just another ding in this game.

Bad shuffling at start
My decks dont shuffle right i keep getting the same starting hand it makes playing boring because its a **** starting hand and everyone else is getting optimal start hands

daily quest timer reset but no new quest
Third Daily Quests not resetting. Every day i don't get my 3rd daily quest. I'm unsure how i can recreate that.
PC
When the daily quest ticks over i'm only getting the daily win rewards quests as you can see in the below image. (the middle completed one is the weekly)
It should give me a quest.

Land bug
Land I played wasn’t actually counted as played. The land was on the table but didn’t give any mana. So I wasn’t able to play spells I needed. After reloading app during the same match I found this land in my hand. Lost Premier draft game because of this :(

Matchmaking broken
Matchmaking does not work. I have tried Historic Brawl, Jumpstart, and Standard Ranked queues. I sit in the queues for minutes and can't get a match. Either nobody is playing or matchmaker is broken, both of which should be Code Red for y'all.

Unclear disconnect
Often I disconnect but don't realise as there's no way to determine whether I've actually disconnected or if the other player just isn't making any game actions. This is very frustrating and has lead to undeserved losses.
This wasn't a problem previously, but I have found that I can no longer rely on the 'waiting for server' spinner to appear when I am disconnected like I could in the past.

Tired of Mirror Matches, Stop matching me with mirror decks it is not fun at all
STOP MIRROR MATCHING. ITS ******* ANNOYING. GET A ******* CLUE. I DID NOT BUILD A DECK SO THAT YOU WOULD PUT ME IN THE SAME ******** MATCH OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
ALSO FIX IT SO THAT I DONT ******* KEEP DRAWING FIELD OF RUIN IN MY OPENING HAND CONSISTENTLY AND MULL INTO IT WHEN IT IS AT MOST A 4 OF.
YOU ARE ******* OFF ALOT OF THE PLAYER BASE LIKE THIS TO CATER TO LESS EXPERIENCED PLAYERS.

Better Bot Matches/ chose bot's Deck
is there a possibility to add a better bot experience?
sometimes i like to playtest ideas vs specific decks and as of now this cannot be done with the current bot

game rng
Fix the random number generator, after 4 games of the same thing happening over and over, the last one being rediculously rigged (had to shrink down to a hand of 4 just to get 2 mana, getting 5 plains in a row when my mana is split literally 50/50, playing a counter deck getting perfect mana, and drawing a perfect blend of counterspells, creatures and lands) this is laughable, and it was the same for the 4 games before that. I've painstakingly played this deck to measure how much mana I should have in my deck to ensure I'm not…

Infinite Loop
Was about to win a match when my opponent used Marauding Blight-Priest + Exquisite Blood to exploit a loop where if I lose a life the opponent gains a life, but if the opponent gains life then I lose life and so on. Opponent was at 6 life and I had over 20 but I still lost because of the loop. Also, while the loop was in process I was unable to concede, so I had to just sit and watch as I lost life one at a time.

Game freezes
Game freezes while playing mid match on mobile device. Have to shut down and reload, it then changes my avatar to a random figure and all emotes and messages are blanked out.

Lost match while waiting for opponent
I received my last loss of the draft after a minute-plus "Waiting for Opponent" screen, followed by a restart, followed by a five-minute "Waiting for Opponent" screen that wouldn't end until a hard reboot. I would appreciate a refund; was really enjoying playing that deck.

Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire
I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

Test Of Talents discarded wrong cards and no draw
An opponent played Test Of Talents on me after I played Rip Apart. Instead of searching my deck for extra Rip Aparts, opponent instead discarded all of my Crackle With Powers. I didn't get to draw any cards after Test Of Talents resolved either.

Loss suffered during matchmaking
I was in Quick Draft waiting for a game to match. The "cancel" button disappeared as if I had matched. I waited for about a minute, then the "cancel" button reappeared. I cancelled the matchmaker only to find out that a loss had been accrued to that Quick Draft. Can I get my gold/gems back for this?

Game froze in the middle. Now it says, "Connection Lost." No matter what I do, it puts me in an endless cycle of "Connection Lost." screens. How can I reconnect?

I play MTG Arena every day. I was wondering if sparky could have a way to set the competition level ? That way when you test a new deck, you can set it to a level that's not so easy to beat.

Opponents lifegain triggers made me lose my turn (with video)
I lost my game twice already this way:
Opponent has Scurry Oak + Heliod + Lifegain combo but would not win yet. I have a sweeper in hand.
Opponent stacks so many triggers that they run out of time and MY TIMER STARTS TO RUN while their triggers are resolving. I have NO INTERACTION. Their triggers keep resolving while my time runs out and I get no chance to play out my turn and sweep the board.
