Premier Draft
Received Network error when trying to "start" the premier draft event.

game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..
My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

Card Selection Bug in Premier Draft
In a draft I was indecisive in picking a card. As time ran out I attempted to drag a card into my deck. The originally selected card was placed and maybe the other card, I don't remember what I was picking between. Afterwards I was unable to see any of the cards in the other packs. Closing and reopening the game allowed me to see the cards, however there was a Moon-Circuit Hacker in my deck that I definitely didn't pick myself.

purchase not given.
I tried to purchase the daily special of one pack of cards, but was not given the pack. The store said that it was purchased, but I did not get the pack. Rip-off!

Game Loss due to Opponent Combo off
Game timed out for me while opponent combo’ed off, lost when it went to my turn see linked video. I had zero response was on auto pass for opponents turn, timer started timing out for me, opponent finishes combo and turn my turn starts and I can’t respond to anything game auto selects demonic pact trigger targeting myself.

Quitting punishment for ranked matches
There needs to be a punishment for people who quit in a ranked match. Every time I'm close to winning, or it looks like I'm winning, my opponents quit. Sure, i get credit for the win, but it robs me off the game play. Maybe I'm not going for the win, maybe I'm going for a daily quest and will spare thier life so that i may cast a few more spells. But it's a ranked match, there should be consequences for quitting.

10 times in a row I have to go second in the game, after a victory 5 or more times I go second, this is ridiculous.

Direct Challenge and Friend Challenge bugged
The only way to challenge friends is via Direct Challenge and you both have to issue a challenge and know each other's name. Clicking on the Silhouette in the lower left hand corner and issuing a challenge don't work anymore and hasn't since the last two updates. I have tested this on both desktop computer and mobile phone.

Can't report bug
I can't seem to report a bug about the game getting stuck. The site doesn't seem to explain further as to why my bug could not be submitted.

Friendly Brawl not playable
Whenever I try to challenge my friends to Friendly Brawl, it switches to 60 card Alchemy and won't let me select any of my decks. This happens with me challenging them, them challenging me, and challenging other random people.

Game frozen on Android
Game freezes sometimes during gameplay, it started happening after kamigawa release, im on Android with Samsung galaxy s20+. Only way to fix is to kill The app and re-open it.

I just lost an entire turn and then the game to an exploit in your turn timer coding my opponent abused. He cast Soul Warden x2 then Scurry
I just lost a game because my opponent used an exploit to skip my turn.
He cast [[Heliod, Sun-Crowned]] on turn 3, then on turn 5 he cast two [[Soul Warden]]s followed by a [[Scurry Oak]] then he was able to queue up enough animations that I did not get to take my turn and the following turn he was able to attack freely

Update the Ban on Paradox Engine in Historic Brawl
Please update the ban list for historic brawl by banning Paradox Engine, as it is banned and has been banned for years in other similar formats (aka Commander). It breaks the core mechanics of the game by providing infinite mana loops within the first few turns of the game. Thank you.

Endless Loop turn timer interaction
1 - Endless loop by opponent using Heliod Sun crowned, Soul warden and Scurry Oak. I had 2 soul wardens and a Trelasarra Moon Dancer. So when opponent looped, it would double for me. No matter how fast i clicked done for the Trelasarra proc, it was using my turn and extra time counter, not the opponents, despite the action being his.

Sideboard Disappears
The game removes the BO3 half of the sideboard cards when playing a friend challenge of historic tournament.
On PC
Create a traditional historic deck with full 15 card side board and categorize it as such
Friend challenge to Historic Tournament Match
Select the deck
Actual Result: Play match, after first game the BO3 marked portion of the sideboard is gone. Post match sideboard is missing the BO3 marked portion
Expected Result: BO3 marked portion of the sideboard is there and the deck is not edited61 votes -
Mastery XP Card Rewards Not Being Received
After completing level 80 of the most recent mastery tree (D&D Mastery), I did not receive the Mythic Card reward, and have not received any of the uncommon card rewards since. (I am now on level 94 of the mastery tree.) There doesn't appear to be an issue with the XP wheels themselves. I am granted the correct amount of points, and it does roll over to the next mastery tree level, but without releasing card rewards. Please help!
