How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

No Experience From wins
Since the last update I have been seeing some wierd behaviour where there is no experience gain from wins and also the tier progression is bugged in constructed - I was at bronze it suddenly went to platinum on a win. It has not progressed any further in the last 24 hours.

With the update 2 days ago (I saw some cards are banned, but not which) my arena is broken. Cannot be fixed with a new installation. Gets no connection to the servers. Cannot play since the update.
Attached a screenshot- I clicke on "deck" 15 minutes ago- this won´t solve for days

Playing as my oppenent after playing Emrakul, the Promised End.

Come back to game, I'm still in control of my opponent still says Choose attackers timer ran out but still stuck on this screenDon't want the lose so I'll wait as long as I can and let you know if I win or lose

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade does not counter spells cast with Bolas's Citadel
Lavinia, Azorius Renegade is supposed to counter spells that no mana is paid for, but something within the language recognition system did not catch that life being paid did not constitute as no mana being paid.

Saiba Cryptomancer
During the second game of my draft on 6/1, I attempted to use my saiba cryptomancer to prevent a fearless skald backup (and double strike) effect, but instead of giving the opponents creature a +1+1 counter and hexproof, it simply gave the creature and extra counter and then gave it the backup counter and double strike. I’m not sure why this happened, but I know it isn’t a common play so maybe that’s it. The game was up in the air until that bug, could you please refund me for my draft? Import Deck Strings With Unknown Cards
I'd love to import deck lists that have cards not available on Arena, and have the import succeed with all the cards that are available, or at least have a list of unknown card titles found. I like to try out decks I find online, but as it stands I have to import - >get error on card name -> remove from list -> import -> get another error -> rinse, repeat.
I would love for Arena to import all known cards, then give me a (copyable) list of errors so I can find alternatives on arena. Thanks!

Bought Mythic Pack, got a Rare wildcard
I purchased a new SNC mythic pack using 1300 gold, when I opened it, I got a rare wildcard. That doesn't seem right to me. I figure it is a bug, but if this is how it can work, you should fix it. Worse case you should get a mythic WC.

two kami of whispered hopes and defiler of vigor cause infinite replacement effects
when there are two Kami of Whispered Hopes and a Defiler of Vigor on your side of the field, an infinite amount of replacement effects go on the stack when you play your next green permanent.

Chitterfang and Pitiless Plunderer interaction issue
This is an interaction I saw in a recent historical brawl I played against a user by the name of YoloThePiarate. I do not believe that Yolo should be punished, this glitch could have been exploited even further than what they did. More or less, the interaction was, Yolo payed one black, Chitterfang would sacrifice a squirrel token, then Pitiless Plunderer would trigger the effect of generating a token treasure, but it gets weird when the token's death was resolving. Can't claim or open my pre purchased product
I have product i pre purchased locked still i also cannot hit the claim button on it when the game starts. This is pretty frustrating o hope to get some help soon.

creatures and lands rearranging themselves too aggressively
When choosing lands to tap manually on the iPad version, my lands are reordering themselves and making it hard to quickly select lands to manually pay for spells (particularly convoke spells where manually tapping is basically required). This also happens when choosing creatures to block on boards with a significant number of creatures, which can get frustrating when there is a time limit approaching.

MoM Packs
Why is it that non-standard cards such as the companions and Sram, etc. Take up the rare slot on arena but, not in paper?
It seems like that's unfair to us on arena, especially considering that the cards hold no monetary value to us after we receive them. Unlike in paper, if we don't play these formats, then what's the point. We bought standard packs and received historic/explorer cards in the rare slot.
It doesn't seem fair.

draft disconnect
I was disconnected during my premiere draft and when I was finally able to log back in the auto draft just chose random cards not even in my color wheel. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/655527429556666371/1097920297967046676/image.png is the screenshot showing what popped up 5 times. I would like this event refunded as the deck is not very playable after the auto draft.

Tokens
The one thing I find beyond irritating in this game is the use of tokens for cards. At face value its fine but I can't describe the irritation of burning a bunch of tokens up trying to build a new deck only to find it doesn't work and now I'm out the tokens on a worthless deck. With paper magic atleast you can sell the cards back for some store credit etc, and try again with out being totally out. Why can't you put some sort of card "uncrafting option" where I can break down copies of cards I will…
