How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

My cards are invisible and cannot be used
I just started a match ,and couldn't see my cards. I got the option to keep my cards or mulligan them but i couldn't see or interact with the cards when i got into the match and pressed keep they were unusable, and invisible. I am on a samsung galaxy s23 ultra.

Tribute to the World Tree needs to be banned from standard and alchemy
White, Green, and Red should not draw. If a player wants to draw cards they should have to play blue. It's especially absurd to give these colors draw since they already get more than enough overpowered creatures in this block.

Does too much for too little mana. Having cards that can be returned to your hand by some easily satisfied condition to spawn more tokens is terrible design.
Do your job Wizards of the Coast. Playtest your sets and stop printing all these cards with a dozen abilities on them for low mana cost and ban the cards that were already printed.

Assigned Loss Incorrectly
I started a game this morning, but cancelled before the game was joined because I didn’t think I’d have time to play the whole game. When I logged back in later, I had been assigned a loss.

Bug
Everytime I'm able to put all my creatures from my library onto the battle field all at once the game will freeze and cause me to forfit my turn and cause a draw. Also it happens when I have alot of duplicates made from example scute swarm. Say if I have scute swarm on the battle field along with the human creature that let's you gain 1 life for every creature that enters the battlefield and I end up getting 100 duplicates entering. It will cause the game to freeze and force a draw.

Can't join events
Since mh3 update i've been unable to join any draft/limited event. Also the screen and a lot of sleeves appear all dark, making difficult to see.

Alternative art for popular lands needs specific printing to use after bought.
To summarize i own four copies of the original fast lands, i bought an alternative art for the card but am unable to use it because i don't have a totally different copy of the reprinted version (with different art to what i bought) below is my ticket submission last resonded to on the 4th 15 days ago.
MTG money first policies are well known but things like this should be totally unacceptable by the player base, they frankly don't care but this is ridiculous. I'm still waiting for their official justification but after 2weeks its unlikely all i ask…

Can't connect to Arena Server
Reported this before, Arena does Not recognise WiFi, before the Update this could be resolved by disconnecting and reconnecting WiFi, now that does Not Work anymore, keeps saying Check your Connection. So No Playing possible anymore. (Mobile, Android)

Cryptic Coat and Rattlechains
My opponent had a supreme phantom and two disguised creatures in play, each equipped with a crytpic coat. I bounced their supreme phantom using Petty Theft, and they immediately replayed it as though it had flash. I conceded and saw that one of the disguised creatures was rattlechains. So rattlechains was giving other spirits flash without being face up.

Product Suggestion
I have an idea I would like to share with your MTG card design team. With Universe Beyond becoming more popular in commander, I had an idea of why not add some of our favorite Horror Movie villains and give them a new and unique mechanic. Ink eyes servant of Oni
Opponent was able to put a card from their own graveyard onto the battlefield after dealing combat damage with ink eyes servant of Oni. The card reads after dealing combat damage you may put a creature card from that players graveyard onto the battlefield.

[[Eriette, the Beguiler]]'s logic isn't applying correctly
When enchanting opponent's cards (especially in late game), The enchantment doesn't seem to check Eriette's ability on resolution. Examples include playing [[Asinine Antics]] against tokens, or [[Zoetic Glyph]] on [[Arcane Signet]]. In both of these examples the cards remained under my opponents control. There was nothing on the board in either game to prevent the effect from triggering.

Mana Tap Auto Pay Issue
Cards: Captivating Cave; Forbidden Monument
System: iOSWhen Captivating Cave and Forgotten Monument are on the battlefield and I cast a spell, it auto completes using the Captivating Cave second mana ability and does not give the option to use the Pay 1 life ability being granted by Forgotten Monument. Even when other mana sources are available, it does not give the “Auto Pay” option, it just completes it. I either have to pre-tap the Captivating Cave using the Forbidden Monument ability or put it in full control mode to prevent the second ability from being used.

Icons missing for mastery pass rewards
When hovering over the mastery pass rewards, no image is displayed in the pop-up for some items — see attached example of missing card style and gems.

Last in, first out... order of resolution
I am not sure... admit I could be wrong... but... but.... I played a "Blood on the Snow" and killed all the creatures. There was a "Grave Pact" enchantment on the board. The Blood on the snow says specifically worded.... "THEN", as a second part... it resolves in two parts. I though it was the active turn players choice for "resolution", when two things happen at the same time. I should be able to pick from the "Stack" on the right of the screen and choose what is on top and Resolves first. Everything dies from the spell.... and it…

I am extremely unhappy with mtg arena and the non stop bugs and crashes …as a paying customer this is unacceptable
The new patch causes the game to run even worse…please fix ur game allow us to change graphics and turn off animations for better stability….this game is unplayable at this point with all the issues …extremely Unhappy as a customer….at any point also some one plays a Koma,cosmos serpent the game crashes and becomes unjoinable this bug needs to be fixed as it can cause a lot of triggers too happen in certain decks that build around the card it starts too lag the game especially if things like doubling season or helm of the host come out it’s a…
