Leyline of the Void replicates in sideboard.
- Start with a fairly stock Rakdos Vampires Explorer deck (see screenshot for list). Switch any two card -: one from the top-seven and the other from the bottom-eight portions of the sideboard - and the 4 Leylines at the bottom of the list will replicate. The total cards in sideboard will still say "15," but it will show those 15 PLUS FOUR MORE Leylines (8 total).
Switch any two cards between top and bottom portions again, and the list will now show over 100 copies of Leyline of the Void (about 114; I may have lost count).

Palantir randomly not triggering at end of turn
I have noticed lately that the palantir will randomly not trigger at the end of a turn. There were no board effects that would have prevented it but it just skipped it at the end of my turn twice on two separate occasions in my latest game.

Ratadrabik + Mondrak overflow
In standard there is currently a combo between Ratadrabik of Urborg and Mondrak, Glory Dominus which causes an overload and eventually game loss. When the legend rule triggers on Mondrak entering while a Ratadrabik is in play, you receive double tokens of Mondrak, and this scales exponentially with a variety of effects. The bug occurs presumably due to overload whenever greater than roughly 10 mondrak tokens are in play, which occurs fairly regularly with Drivnod carnage dominus, and Ratadrabik triggers go on the stack. Opponent is not kicked if the timer expires, it just passes the turn.
During the game the opponent just dropped out and did not appear. The timer expired ten or more times, but the opponent was not kicked out of the game, just the round continued.

countering alternate casted spells
if you counter an alternate casted spell i.e. the adventure part of the spell or a copied spell or use an alternately casted counter spell i.e. mirror-shell crab. the candle chandler sound effect gets stuck in an infinite playback loop.

when I play temporary lockdown a heliod animation plays
when casting temporary lockdown two animations play, the normal one and one that appears to be for "heliod, sun crowned"

Pilot cards are viewed as in hand despite being in exile
Opponent was able to discard my pilot card that was "in exile" awaiting another turn to cast. The card the opponent used had the text "select a non-land card from opponents hand and discard it"

Titans' Nest problems, actions cant be undone, needs change.
Titans' Nest is a great card, however doesn't work as dynamically as it should. In this scenario, i had tapped my Golden Goose for the incorrect mana before I removed the cards with Titans' Nest, when I attempt to undo the issue with Golden Goose, I cannot undo further back than Titans' Nest's removal of my cards. causing me to loose the game. 1 turn before this, I had attempted to cast my Ethereal Absolution with Titans' Nest's activations already happening, I attempt to cast it, but it turned out that I didn't have the appropriate mana, so the game…

試合中に《嘶くカルノサウルス》が二体こちらの墓地にある状態で《多元宇宙の突破》を使用しました。
解決に入り、こちらの墓地の《嘶くカルノサウルス》と相手の墓地に落ちた《ヴェールのリリアナ》を選択し、場に戻しました。
誘発で《嘶くカルノサウルス》の発見5が解決され、《ギックスの残虐》が山札から出てきました。
場に出すことを選択し、伝承カウンターを3まで進めました。
こちらの墓地に残っている《嘶くカルノサウルス》を場に戻す目的だったのですが、何も起こらず《ギックスの残虐》が消えました。
これはバグではないのでしょうか？調査をよろしくお願いします。During a game, I used Break Through the Multiverse with two Neighing Carnosaurs in my graveyard.
As the card resolved, I selected Neighing Carnosaur from my graveyard and Liliana of the Veil had fallen into my opponent's graveyard, and returned them to play.
The trigger resolved discovery 5 of Neighing Carnosaur, and Gix Cruelty was played from the deck.

Profile Sets inaccurate
The set collection trackers are: 1. Including cards from commander boxes that are not part of the set, and 2. Registering as gold ring (1 of each card) when they are short one card. There is no way to obtain these commander cards in booster packs. Being forced to use wild cards to “complete” these sets is unfair because the commanders are underpowered. Please refund 4 mythic and 4 rare wild cards, and remove commander-specific cards from set tracking. Also, pics to show two sets with inaccurate tracking.
