How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    Game keeps crashing after a little bit during games. Happened at least 4 times consecutively.

  2. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  3. Event ended even though I won

    I just experienced a bug where I won my sealed game (opponent conceded) but my run ended as though I had lost.

  4. Game registered as loss that I actually won

    I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!

    System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

  5. march of the swirling mist

    March of the Swirling Mist failed to target anything, with X being paid to target 7 creatures. Total casting cost paid was 8 blue mana, during opponents combat, to target seven attackers. The spell was successfully cast before damage or blockers we assigned, and went to the graveyard before targeting anything. I am extremely disappointed that most of this games issues points to bad management, employees, and the life span of interest Wizards may have come to expect from it's customers. I hope to see balance changes between Wizards perceived reality and the one We experience as customers.

  6. Please don't mix Alchemy with Historic

    If those changes happen I will uninstall the game, I love mtg and have played for more than 15 years now, I have my Arena account since the closed beta and have convinced multiple of my friends to ditch other tcg's for Arena. I play exclusively historic, as I prefer non rotating formats, a long time ago you promised to implement Pioneer onto the client, but you lied about it, now you plan to terminate the only eternal format available without ant consideration to your player-base. If Alchemy affect historic without any news about pioneer, in the 8th I will…

  7. Auto-pass

    New year, same bs they won't fix. Auto pass still doesn't work after 4 years. Also, we th the addition of Alchemy it now the default game mode when swapping decks. Get rid of that sh*t. Ok? Ok.

  8. rigged

    **** this greedy gutless pedo supporting garbage company. This game is so ******* rigged it's embarrassing to the game of Magic. I'm sick and tired of paying the exact counter to me deck literally every game no matter what deck i play with. I have to mulligan pretty much 90% of the time just to play the game to begin with while my opponent has a stacked deck and every card is in the perfect order and they draw exactly what they need at the perfect time. ******** people and everybody who works for this ****** organization.   9. Card changed "identity" after picking it in a draft

    First picked "Darling of the Masses", it changed to a blue card (Can't remember the name) after I picked it. I assumed I misclicked. Once I built my deck, I wasn't able to submit it because of a "Network Error". Went back to the deck builder and the card was back. Re-building the deck I think there were a couple other cards that changed after I picked them. This really screws with the draft and I saw it happen on LSVs stream too.

  10. Arena stuck on Initializing localization database

    Reproduction steps:
    1. Open Epic Games Launcher
    2. Open Arena
    3. Log In

    Platform: Mac M1, macOS Monterey 12.3.1

    Results: The app is stuck on "Initializing localization database". The three dots are animated. After several minutes (10-15), the "Reconnect" popup shows up. Whenever the app is reopened, the same results occur, causing the user to be unable to enter the app.

  11. Alchemy

    WOTC, if you guys want a quick cash grab, it's simple: Just. Give. Us. Pioneer. One set every few months is bound to sell well, and the player base will be satisfied.

    WOTC would make more money and please players much more with just this simple measure.

    Instead we get a format no one asked for, with rules nobody asked for. Stop trying to be Steve "costumers don't know what they want" Jobs. This is good of you are innovating and bringing new things to the table, but terrible if you are not listening to your costumers MOST BASIC DEMANDS…

  12. Event missing/ended

    After the new update was released i opend MTGA and played two games of DMU Premiere Draft wich i already started before. After the two games i closed Arena. After some time i reopend Arena to finish my Premiere Draft (i was 4-2).
    After the loading screen there was a prompt that i received 1400 gems and three packs of DMU. Looking through the event tabs, i did not see any DMU events.

    I hope the events can be returned and i can finish my draft.

  13. Queen Allenal of Ruadarch plus

    So, lagomos once per turn creates a 2/1 elemental token with haste with sacrifice it at the beginning of the end step and Queen Allenal says, whenever a token would be created on your control, you create that many tokens plus one 1/1 soldier token. What was happening is that the token that Queen Allenal was creating were being sacrificed at the beginning of my end step, and i think this should not happen.

  14. App crashes when entering Play queue and when entering Pet selection

    App crashes when entering Play queue and when entering Pet selection
    Need to restart app. Tried to completeley remove app from mac but issue persist. When issue shows up while waiting to enter a game and I restart the app during game can't use emotes features at all and when game ends it stucks at black screen and need to restart again. I attach game log and apple report about crashes.

  15. Stone brain

    Stone brain does not work at all. It freezes my game. I never get to pick opponent's card. The freeze lasts until all timeouts used. Many people report the same problem. Why hasn't this been fixed?

  16. Heliod/ Scurry Oak

    My opponent placed so many triggers on the stack that it timed me out of my following turn, allowing them to attack and win. Please fix this.

  17. Game freezing randomly on Android

    On Android, the game will freeze at random times, sometimes it will unfreeze and sometimes it won't, after some time if it hasn't unfroze, the game will crash.
    It happens quite often, I'd say in 50% of games.
    I've no idea what causes it.
    I tried to disable the pet but it had no noticeable effect.

  18. Phyrexian Dragon Engine ETB

    Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability doesn't trigger when it enters the battlefield from the graveyard using Rivas of the Claw's ability.

    1. Play Rivaz of the Claw
    2. Discard Phyrexian Dragon Engine (ex: by using Tormenting Voice)
    3. Cast Phyrexian Dragon Engine from the Graveyard using Rivaz of the Claw's static ability.
    4. Observe Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability trigger

    Result: Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability does not trigger.

    Expected Result: Phyrexian Dragon Engine's ETB ability triggers as expected.

  19. Network Error Unable to join event

    Getting "Network Error Unable to join event. Please try again later." for every match I try to play. I have uninstalled once already and there is no change.

  20. Mastery xp not being awarded. Stuck at 975

    2022.18.60.540.950016

    Mastery xp NOT being awarded after wins. XP stopped being awarded at 975 points. I’ve won 4 in a row and total points stay at 975. Please fix this issue
