How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game client does not close on exit.
When I close the game, it freezes and I need to shut it by force through right click - Close window. Otherwise it gets stuck forever. Happened every day since last week.

jump in second pack option does not color match
Jump In offered a second pack option that violated the color rules.
First pack I selected Equipped (mono red).
Second pack, it offered me Mechs (mono blue) , Treasure ( red green ) , or Brokers ( GWU ).
Curious as to see what it did for land allotment, I selected the illegal brokers option, combining my mono-red with GWU. When I checked the land assignment, red wasn't prioritized at all - 3 R 3 G 3 W 3 U. (I was expecting 6,2,2,2 ). The dual lands covered all four colors (UR + GW) as expected.

Opponents lifegain triggers made me lose my turn (with video)
I lost my game twice already this way:
Opponent has Scurry Oak + Heliod + Lifegain combo but would not win yet. I have a sweeper in hand.
Opponent stacks so many triggers that they run out of time and MY TIMER STARTS TO RUN while their triggers are resolving. I have NO INTERACTION. Their triggers keep resolving while my time runs out and I get no chance to play out my turn and sweep the board.

MacOS laggy and processor intensive
Sometime last week, around the end of May I believe, an update to the client has made the MacOS version very laggy and processor/resource intensive.
Until today, it hadn't frozen on me, but animations drop multiple frames and game states are very slow to proceed. The computer fans run nonstop as soon as MTGA is loaded.
The loading screen seems to take a longer time to complete and launch the game, but I feel like that's been an issue even before this latest update.
My current MacOS version: 2022.16.0 (804.934468)

arcane bombardment OP
Arcane Bombardment is way too OP. it needs to be a legendary enchantment and needs to cost more. this single card alone can topple any deck

The "Add to Decks" button does not work in several event pages.

Mastery Pass Mythic ICR Not Awarded
I received a mythic ICR at Level 8 on the New Capenna Mastery Pass, but did not receive one at level 11 on the pass. I got an uncommon ICR from the Daily Win rewards and should have received the pass' mythic ICR at the same time.

iphone 8
IOS Game crashes, deleted app, reloaded app, logged in, downloaded additional 1016 MB, got in, played a game, closed the app, but app does not open. Using iphone 8Plus, only using 88GB of 256GB avail. The MTG Arena app on laptop working fine, so it's not an issue with my account?

One match loss registered as two losses
I purchased the Kamigawa play bundle, and opened my sealed pool today. I attempted to join 2 matches, but was never connected to an opponent. I logged back in later in the day and joined a match, which I lost. I have played one match of sealed but am showing two losses for the event.

I play MTG Arena every day. I was wondering if sparky could have a way to set the competition level ? That way when you test a new deck, you can set it to a level that's not so easy to beat.

Planeswalker deck count limits
The game's meta would be a lot more interesting if decks had a cap or limit on how many planeswalkers could be included. It's boring, time-consuming and just plain not fun to play against the same decks that drown you in planeswalkers. The current meta rewards a brute force mentality that requires very little thinking or talent by the player. Banning cards isn't the only way forward.
By enforcing a limit on how many planeswalkers can be in a 60 card deck, the decisions to be made would make the game much more fun and interesting. Having play tested this…

Alchemy affecting Historic is bad
Cant play Historic without rebalanced Alchemy cards? -> Won't play MTGA since I only played Historic.
Additionally, creating randomly generated cards never was a good idea in any digital TCG.How about making changes the players actually want, like actual multiplayer? I guess whales are more profitable than salmon...
Suggestion1: Delete alchemy and refund,lol. Or make it Alchemy/Standard/Historic. With historic being "non-rotating", like you told your lies ;-).
Suggestion 2: Make less product, but review it before release.

ICR not duplicate protected - received 5th copy
I recieved a 5th copy of Goldspan Dragon as an ICR instead of gems. I already had 4 copies...

Unable to join premier draft
I keep getting locked into "Network Error: Unable to join event" for Premier draft. Now, I can't play anymore.
Then, I tried to submit this bug and got a 404 error.

Treasure Tokens - Unable to Sacrifice
Unable to sacrifice treasure tokens in order to cast spells. This bug seems to occur most frequently when the treasure token + available mana = total CMC of the spell. That said this doesn't happen every time but it is frequent.

Rare, Mythic cards missing from collection after opening packs
New rare and mythic cards received when opening new packs do not show up in my collection! I understand that when you get the 1st copy of a card, there is a "1st " icon highlighted yellow above the card. In multiple instances, I will receive a rare card in a pack that DOES NOT have this "1st card" icon. (meaning I should now have more than one copy, right?)
