How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Improve the Bot (AI) opponent.
I used to play some really old Magic games that are now no longer available on Xbox and Playstation (Magic 2012, Magic 2013, etc.). There was no Player versus Player in those old Magic games so you were forced to play the AI which was great because the AI actually posed a CHALLENGE! The Ai in Magic Arena is absolutely horrendous! It plays moderately decent cards and poses a joke of a challenge in the beginning of the game but turns into a lame duck shortly thereafter. BUG: Brothers War Duplicate protection
I have collected all Rares in [The Brothers War], and so I began opening packs for [Brothers War Alchemy]
I only have 1/3 rares in [Brothers War Alchemy] but when I open packs I am being given 20 gems & no Rare! I am very upset.
this has happened 5-10 times now.... if it was 1 in 100 i could overlook or assume i've made a mistake.... but this is frequent; I am not receiving the product I'm paying for.

Etching of Kumano Exiling creatures without them dying
Kamuno Faces Kakkazan // Etching of Kumano
Etching of Kumano states that If a creature dealt damage this turn by a source you controlled would die, exile it instead. But it is just exiling any creatures that took any damage. They would not die with the damage they took but they still get exiled. Am I reading the card wrong?5 votes -
Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

App Not Working
Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.

Game is Super Slow & Unplayable
Noticed game was completely unplayable after reinstalling my PC's OS - Uninstalled Arena - Reinstalled it & it took 30mins off a direct Fiber line! The same as it was initially after getting all my software working. It has never took 30mins to install, nothing should ever take 30mins to install, this isn't 1992 it's 2022. The game itself is completely unplayable I have to click on things multiple times & it takes roughly in real-time a minute to watch an opponent play a land on turn one. Goblin charbelcher needs banned or hot fixed badly. Big bug. So it's supposed to flip card till they hit a land and if a mountain it does double damage equal to the number of nonland cards flipped.... It does not do this.... No matter what number of cards they flip over it does a flat 50 damage!!!!!!!!!!! Super bugged and people are learning about it and exploiting it in ranked. Super easy to reproduce so no other files needed. Just use it and watch it does 50 damage with no explanation for it

Cannot emote
The bug has never NOT ocurred to me. I cannot emote, even though the "Disable Emotes" option is turned off.
Hovering my cursor over my avatar shows an empty speech bubble, but nothing happens when I click either my Avatar or the bubble.
Clean install didn't fix the issue.
The expected result is to be able to choose an emote after clicking your avatar during a game.

deck list goes solid white
After every game when it comes to sideboarding my decks list gets a white highlight with some cards box being completely whited out

Random matchmaking on arena
Use the ranking system to adjust what tier you’re in but keep the decks random. No one wants to play mirror matches all day. Stop “optimizing” hand/draws. People are playing around this by cutting lands from their decks because they know there’s a greater chance you’ll get the lands you need in an opening hand.
Magic is supposed to have a % of randomness just like poker; you can have the better skill but less luck. With arena the games are mostly decided by the algorithm, which makes the “luck” 100% in whichever players favor the computer wants.Drafting vs…

Card in hand stuck in stack
Playing on Android, should have taken screenshot but didn't think about that.
I ran into a bug where a creature I tried to play got stuck in the stack, and the game continued as if it was in my hand. The card was not playable from the stack.
I attempted to play a creature, and the game transitioned to my opponent if they wanted to play an instant. There seemed to be a connection issue, and when the game resumed my creature was stuck in the stack area and did not continue to resolve the interaction.
