How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Rush of dread
New card rush of dread cannot be cast due to some bug.

Conjured cards invisible
Ranked alchemy match had conjured cards invisible on my end, but apparently not on my opponent's. The first screenshot shows a hand count of 4 with three thopters that never showed up, along with an invisible opponent's midnight clock that was still triggering. Second is an invisible, unblockable pig that I'm being asked to block. Anyone else see anything like this after the update?

Quickdraft matchmaking doesn't work
Matchmaking for quickdraft doesn't work. When starting a game it makes you wait for the opponent for about a minute and a half. Then when the game finally starts it's a draw.

Reach VFX and SFX play during main phase and repeats itself
The new Reach VFX and SFX play during pre-combat main phase, after you took any action, when it makes no sense. It also then plays again at the beginning of combat.

Issue with Sideboarding and Post-Match Home Screen
Bug issue. I’ve had quite a few games matches where after game 2 going into game 3 I am unable to edit my sideboard — I select cards but they won’t go into my deck. I can take cards out of my deck, but then can’t re-add them, so i am stuck with sub-60 cards and I can’t submit. I am on iPhone.
Additionally, many matches return me to the home page where I have rewards to claim, but after claiming them, the screen remains dark/the “claim” button remains, and I have to restart the client.

Heisted Phyrexian cost cards
I use iOS. I used my Impetuous Lootmonger to heist my opponent’s Dismember, but it would not let me pay life for the cost. I selected User Interface because it seemed to be a problem with the fact that it used the CMC “(3)” instead of “(1)(PB)(PB)” in the “Select Cost” menu, since it was heisted, meaning I couldn’t tap the mana pips to choose whether I would pay mana or life, since the Phyrexian mana pips were not there.

I play on PC I built a modern Pia's Revolution deck. Pia's revolution gives the opponent the choice to either return an artifact to my hand or pay 0 life to send it to the graveyard. it should make them pay 3 life. it has been like this for a while so pleases fix!

Why do you have a bugged card in the daily deals?
Brisela has been reported as bugged for over a year. Why is Brisela in your daily deals????? Did you fix Brisela yet?????? Brisela doesn't allow players to cast X spells!!! Fix Brisela, and don't add BUGGED CARDS to the daily deals!!!

Bug
On Android devices the third game in the best of three, I can't use the side. Also while collecting rewards I get stuck at the screen, and have to restart the game.

Locked out of game
I was playing Brawl, when opponent played a card and the game bugged out and froze. I restarted the game, but now every time I try to get in, I'm stuck in a queue to get back in that same game.

SOUL SEARCH
soul search card is not working, when casted the game triggers it as surveil against the opponents hand but doesnt let you choose a card to discard. Log attached

Bloomburrow Priority issue
I was playing a draft game earlier, and the game kept continuously passing priority when trying to cast instants or activate Tender Wildguide's abilities on my opponents turn.

Can't add Card Images to Deck Box in Deck Bulider

Scroll bar on iPad does not work in deck edit mode with touch
On my iPad if I edit a deck and want to scroll up or down on it I can drag on the screen. I have to hold the scroll thumb on far right and move that up and down.
Crazy how buggy the mobile experience is. Maybe they’ve never heard of doing QA.

Disappearing deck
I've been having several problems with drafts since yesterday (2024/08/03): I can't exchange cards with the reserve, I can't see cards in a larger format and, as attached in image, my deck doesn't appear for modifications.

cards don't auto zoom and present the text in the deck builder
when in the deck builder: when you go over the individual cards they don't automatically zoom in and present any of the text.

- Reproducing this is not consistent, but this is how it happens: Have some triggers on the stack at the end of opponents turn, before these has resolved, set a stop on your own upkeep. Allow triggers to resolve. Your upkeep stop is skipped.
- On PC.
- This has caused me to lose games multiple times, very frustrating to lose a game that if the client performed as expected, wouldn't be won.
- To receive priority before upkeep triggers and possibly losing to decking.

game lag
game has continued to lag every day since the start of Bloomburrow. I can't even play correctly anymore as the lag is so bad. tried the general fixes mentioned in customer support...nothing.
