How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

PC: can't purchase anything
PC, Windows 10.
Go to Store, click on any option which involvwes purchase (with $ symbol).
Receive 'Totally Lost" error.
In the logs there is error

Undying Malice and Fake Your Own Death are VANISHING creatures
UM and FYOD are not working as intended, making me lose several Platinum games on a daily basis by simply making its target VANISHES from the game. I've pictures and game logs.
It has been happening about once or twice a day.-

Scrolling through battlefield
Mobile, Android, Note20 Ultra: Scrolling through large amounts of anything on the battlefield is incredibly buggy and jumpy, making it hard to make progress towards the end of the list.
Example: I play a combo deck involving playing 80+ lands and activating Maze's End. It takes me almost an entire turn + 30 second timer to scroll through to reach the end of the lands, just because of the jumpy negative progress.4 votes -
Locked in tutorial
Can’t do anything after the point in the screenshot below. It wants me to cast an aura, but no amount of clicking, sliding, etc does anything.

Explorer deck building selection
When deck building an explorer deck, all sets not legal in standard are greyed out, even the explorer anthology. That means I can not look through a specific set to find cards I may want in my deck.

In MTGA - Brawl Matches is a little typo in "Historic Brawl" - its an additional "r" at the end of the Word... :)

Premier Draft Gone
Was 3-0 in a Premier Draft of DMU and got paid out 1000 gems and can't rejoin. Please refund the original 1500 entry fee

My Premier Draft is gone
I logged back in to finish a dominaria draft, and the play option is gone. If the draft and deck can't be restored, then I would like a refund for the entry fee

Alchemy DMU drafts down
I completed my first Alchemy DMU premier draft event this morning, then I closed the app on my PC.
The problem is when I open the Arena ap on my PC now, I am not able to join another ALCH DMU draft. There does not seem to be any option for joining any DMU drafts, nor are the DMU events listed at all when I click on the 'LIMITED' tab.

I was enrolled in an Alchemy Dominaria United draft. After finishing my second game the queue for the draft disappeared. It has now been gone for 10-15 minutes despite reloading MTGA and refreshing the Events screen.

counterspell additional cost paid by autopay but did not work
I cast 'Angelfire Ignition' on my 'Electrostatic Infantry' for 3 mana. As a reaction my opponent cast 'Make Disappear' using the Causality option. I had mana spare to pay the extra cost and so I did, using the Autopay option.
The spell was still countered, despite the extra mana cost being paid. The 'Electroshock Infantry' still gained its inherent +1+1 for casting a sorcery spell.
I've included the my log as per recommendation.

Imori and Halo Forager
Neither Imori’s cascade nor Halo Forager etb effects resolve properly on mobile limited events. Both cause the negative effects of losing the cascade cards and tapping the mana.

Nel draft allegato non a metà partita non smette di attivarsi la fase di pulizia finale del turno e le creature morte non vengono mandate al cimitero, le terre non stappano.

Reward bug after every match
After every single matching being concluded, I receive "Claim rewards" of past cards. I've attached some screen shots below to show what it looks like. It hasn't gone away after some time now and makes playing the game so hard as I have to click through many pages constantly.

Win at quick draft but show as loss at the end
Hello,
Today I was playing quick draft. At the first try I clicked cancel at the waiting screen after waiting for about 30 sceonds, then I noticed “waiting for component “ but I still went back to the draft entering face. At the time I was at 1:2. Then I started another game. In the game my component conceded and I saw the victory in the ending screen, but when I got to the draft entrance screen, my score is at 1:3 instead of 2:2. See attached file that shows 1:3. Annihilating Glare and Bone Splinters
Annihilating Glare cannot be cast during the second main phase if less than 4 mana are available, EVEN if there is a creature or artifact available for sacrifice. Bone Splinters, which is almost the same spell can be cast during that phase.

Trigger timeout affect my turn with an opponent triggered it
Looks like a problem many are having however my opponent used Rise of the Dark Realm to get my creatures after milling 3/4ths of my deck causing 200+ triggers direcly on stack with another 200+ that were secondary triggers slowly being added as responses to the initial trigger. despite the fact it was my opponent's move the time out screen started showing me being the one timed with no cues for me to take. finally ends, I draw, then the rest of my turn gets skipped despite having an answer in hand for the situation. Land and creature rearrangements
I cannot begin to tell you the amount of times my plans have been thwarted by the automatic moving of my lands and creatures around. I don’t understand the need to keep shifting things around in the most important times, like casting spells with specific mana, or something as simple as blocking specific creatures on other specific creatures. It’s especially bad with lands that have enchantments on them.
