How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

マッチング補正
デッキを変えるたびにこちらに不利なデッキばかりとマッチングさせられる。
クリーチャーメインのデッキを作ったら除去デッキばかり、コントロールデッキに変えればアグロデッキばかり。
毎日毎日もううんざり。たかだか１勝するだけで１時間かかるなんてゲームとして成立してないんだよ。10 votes -
Update game / enter game issue
I play from Mac Os
Error Updating Data
Hello MTGA Staff,
I havnt been able to enter in mtga for two days When I try to enter, i'm kicked out of the game with an alert saying "Error Updating data : Check your connection and Try again". Ive Tried completely wiping the game off my computer and redownloading the game to no avail.

Daily Wins inaccurate after Midweek Magic
I played Midweek Magic today, and eventually earned 3 wins. After going back to the main screen, my Daily Win Count shows 2 wins (which is impossible). Is it just a graphical glitch?
For what it’s worth, I did clear two daily rewards (750 gold ones), during the same match where I got my 3rd win.

Pact of negation, No priority bug
There's no priority to pact of negation's delayed trigger.
I've just lost a match to the pact trigger with 5 lands, but one was a fabled passage. I did not have the chance to sac and search with the passage.

Game Freezes during Draft session
During a Draft session (gameplay/event), the game just suddenly freeze and I can not do anything else. It was my turn and i cast Network Terminal then the game freeze.

Mark/Remember Players
I know how easy it would be to abuse a block/report feature in game, but if we could have a way to mark players-- change name colours or outline of portrait or little icons-- it would go a long way to improving the play experience. Even just two options-- one for players that we don't want to play again, and one for players who we enjoyed playing-- that would mean a lot.
I'd like the option not to waste more time on players I come across who intentionally stall, crash the client, or spam emotes until I have to mute…

ゲームの途中に勝手に敗北処理された
MTGアリーナ十種競技決勝にて
ゲーム中にオニキス教授の＋能力を起動後、一瞬３枚のカードが見えた後、敗北の文字が表示され、敗北扱いにされました。（そのマッチ以前に１－２だった為、この大会３敗扱いで終了）
まだゲームの中盤で、ライブラリ切れによるものではありません。（２０枚程度残っていたはずです。）
また自身のライフも十分あり、オニキス教授の「１点ライフを失う」効果で敗北したものでもありません。
時間についてもすぐに操作したので、時間切れが原因ではないです。
盤面の状況が相当有利だった為、相手が投了ボタンを押しそうなタイミングではあったが、相手が実際に投了したかどうかは不明。まだ２敗ラインであり、勝てばマッチ勝利の状況で相当有利な盤面から理不尽な敗北処理は残念です。
十種競技は予選から決勝進出に向けて頑張ってきました。やっとプレイできて、実力で負けて敗退なら納得できますが、急に敗北処理されるのは残念でなりません。
このイベント自体に参加費を払っている訳ではありませんが、予選からの参加ゴールド、ジェムも考えて、補償頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
なお先の３敗表示後に、
「設定」＞「バグを報告」＞「ログを記録」
にて作ったファイルを添付します。
なおバージョンは「2021.12.10.3971.904583」です。よろしくお願いいたします。

Didn't get daily quest XP?
Completed a 750xp daily quest, and now I'm still only 725xp toward the next mastery level. Did I not get the XP because I finished the quest in a Mirror, Mirror game?

ladder play no longer affects my rank
Ladder play no longer affects my rank. I am stuck at Bronze Tier 1. It has been this way for a couple of weeks now.

Thousand faced shadow ninjitsu bug
Ninjitsu ability places "thousand faced shadow" on the battlefield tapped and attacking from hand. His ability does not trigger on arena however and is causing the card to be ineffective since it isn't programmed correctly. Please correct this issue.

Game loss without playing
Hi,
I made a premier draft deck. Went to play my first game - I saw my opening hand but was not able to keep or mulligan then it suddenly went black, and after some time the program went back to the draft screen with the option to play a game, but did not register a loss at that stage. Then later I came back to the screen and it registered me a loss for the draft - but I did not play the game, and I was not able to play it. This is unfair that I am not…55 votes -
Defeat due to timeout but opponents stack ran out all timers
- Generate a large number of tokens (like 300+) resulting in life gain and scrying for the oponent . During the time frame in which the opponent is choosing to scry top/bottom for the 300+ token generation gaining life all timers on both sides will time out even though there is nothing presented to the player waiting for the stack resolution.
- Upon turn change the player taking the next turn will loose with defeat due to timer exhaustion even though they were never presented with any way to stop timers on their side from being used.

Poor game balance and matchmaking
Since your matchmaking and game balance are so bad, you need to start giving experience to those who lose as well as those who win. How can anyone expect to move forward in this game when you have terrible match ups. Dont just worship the best players and those that spend tons of cash. Take care of all your players.

Sparky escape
Sparky takes extra time to play spells that have targets (ex. Murder, or more applicably, Raise Dead), so it would be easy to assume that multiple targets is even harder.
Sparky obtains a copy of Kroxa, titan of death's hunger via Gutmorn, pactbound servant, with myself having discard kroxa, thinking that only the opponent discarded a card.
I play Elderfang disciple, making sparky discard its kroxa. I get another copy, and sparky's goes to graveyard, still showing as playable with escape, cost of (4) and the required exileing of five cards in graveyard. Sparky has 1 kroxa, along with 8…7 votes -

Alchemy
If Alchemy goes live as planned on December 9th, expect a chargeback for every cent I've ever spent on your game. My bank just told me I could do this. It has to do with the advertised product not being delivered.
Historic is not HEARTHSTONE.
Keep your ill-advised rebalancing out of MTGA's only eternal format.
And unambiguously, D U C K Y O U for your repeated and cynical cash grabs.
Maybe I'll quit D&D too since WotC doesn't care about its customers. I'll make a book burning video!

Continued crashes on iPad '
This game has crashed multiple times during gameplay, both during events and regular play. Normally I’m able to get right back into the game, and not have been roped out. The past few days it has kicked me out and not let me in until I reboot my iPad, or it has black screened me. This is extremely frustrating. Again this occurs on the iPad, during both events and regular play.
