How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Report player not working
whenever I try to report a player for roping, I get an error message saying it wont work and to try again later.

Thalia & Murder Girl
When playing black and white on quick draft, two of my card mechanics stopped working mid-game.
First, Thalia’s mechanic of non-creature spells did not apply to a prepared card mechanic’s Sorcery spell.
Seconds, Murder Girl’s +1 counter did not get applied on a 5damage stack correctly any she was killed despite having 6 toughness.
Though the game was far from over, these two dropped mechanics led to my loss.

I wasn't shown the warning that I'm running out of time
I wasn't shown the warning that I'm running out of time. I was actually surprised that I have less than two minutes to finish my Traditional Historic match - to a degree that I'm not sure if this also wasn't a bug. I don't think I've used my 30 minutes but maybe I lost the track of time. Anyway, I'm used to the warning. If it's removed, it should be clearly communicated, but if it wasn't intentionally removed, I'm depending on it. Also, the font of the timer is unclear at times. Visual bug on mobile
When I was drafting the entire view of all cards in the draft pick shifted off screen and I was unable to choose cards. This resulted in several auto picks before I rebooted the app, which fixed it temporarily. Then in my first game, the entire view flip flopped and my lands were played on the opponents side and vice versa, creatures were played in overlaid positions, and the entire game board was illegible.
I would like a refund for a premier draft due to these issues that made the event unplayable. I'm playing on Android mobile app

In-match menus lagging horrifically
In match menus (ie fetching lands, planeswalker activations, blockers, attackers) lagged horrifically, and even clicking the button to move between phases was slow. Many card images didn't load properly, creature power and toughness didn't show, and much creature text was missing. Restarting the client failed to improve the situation.

Draft Timer Glitch
There was a problem with the draft timer in the final pick of the second pack and first pick of the third pack in my draft today. The final pick of the second pack seemed to pass instantaneously, and I was given only seconds to make the first pick of the third pack. This seemed to affect other players as well, as I experienced no delay in getting the cards passed to me.

Shard Mage's rescue
Dusk Rose Reliquary Exiled my creature, despite deliberately expecting that, and having a white land unused and a Shard Mage in my hand, it didn't allow me to use it, even for the rest of the turn, it acted as though I didn't have the card, not lighting up as a card that I could play, there was nothing on the field that could stop me from playing my spell.

Taigam Master Opportunist
If Taigam Master Opportunist is used for a spell, that was previously robbed from the opponent, it get's spelled for the opponent after four rounds. That's not right, because it has to be spelled again for the player that use Taigam and the robbed spell.

Deathtouch didn't work
Non warded creature didn't die from contact with deathtouch bat. It is my understanding that regardless of / numbers a card would deal damage accordingly then die.

Codes redeemed but its my first time installing/playing the game
"Hello, I have just installed the game for the first time and I have never redeemed any promotional codes. However, when I try to enter basic global codes (such as Mellon or Threads), the system gives me an error stating that they 'have already been redeemed' on my account. Could you please check my account status or validate the experience reward? Thank you."

Awaken the honored dead is bugged
My oponent used Awaken The Honored Dead, i used Royal Treatment on Sazh's Chocobo and Awaken killed Sazh's Chocobo anyway ... it's pretty bugged.

Final Improvisation does not allow casting Ugin, Eye of the Storms

Play Final Improvisation.
Have Ugin, Eye of the Storms on deck and if it is exiled by Final Improvisation effect.
Te game does not offer the option to cast Ugin without paying its mana cost.

Selected sleeves not working
My selected card sleeves don't apply. I select them, or set them as default and when I play a game no sleeve is applied to my cards.

Can't edit my deck Bug
Hi, i'm trying to edit my deck since the update and it won't allow me to, i've taken out 4 cards and i have attempted to 2 guiding hydra from the new set and 2 michelangelo. It just won't let me click done??

Ban mythweaver poq
This card is beyond busted. You never should have even attempted to make this joke of a card. It completely removes the commander tax and causs landfall decks to get far too much power. This card even causes problems with your client. Ban it now.

Unable to login, stuck in account update loop
For several days I've been unable to login to MTG Arena with my WotC account. This is what happens...
- Open game
- Presented with login screen
- Enter username and password
- Am prompted to “update my account”, presented screen to enter birthday and country
- I enter my birthday and country
- Get the message “Update unsuccessful. Proceed to myaccounts.wizards.com to complete account updates.”
- Click “yes”, get directed to an account page that allows for editing my email address, full name, and display name.
I have reset my password several times. I'm able to login to the WotC website, but the same credentials never…

Counterspell is not Legal in Pauper
Counterspell is a common and is frequently used in Pauper. It is currently not legal in Pauper decks on Arena. One of the most popular and successful decks is Mono-U Terror
