How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

No Alchemy WHY?

You just have a major championship in Historic, people get excited about the format then you wreck it by introducing Alchemy cards and changes to nerf or boost cards that affect cards we already spent wildcards on for historic. Ios Crashes
Since New Capenna update Ios App crashes continuously while multitasking or during the game after 20-45 minutes.
Have to uninstall, reinstall and redownload 1.04 Gb every time.

Alchemy makes me quit Arena
I'm a long time magic player and have spent several thousands of dollars on this game but after yesterday's Alchemy announcement I am sorry to say that I am done playing constructed on Arena. You're losing me as a customer.
I don't like the idea of digital cards changing so that they don't match the real world physical cards. This is a cognitive load that is unnecessary. Hidding/reordering basic lands
For every color, I (and, I suppose, many players) have my favorite basic land. So, whenever I draft or build a deck, a have to scroll through even 6 (sic!) pages of basics lands (most of my favorite basic lands ar from Kamigawa). Could we get option to hide or reorder basic lands we don't use?
Such an option would be helpfull for many cards, but basic lands are the most irritating ones.

Commander
I like Alchemy, I like what you are doing with Digital cards. And it will become the game of the future.
Historic is fine (must have a format that allow all the card on arena)
Explorer (satisfies the paper players)
Standard and Alchemy speak for themselves.Brawl is fun, but as you know FULL Commander is super popular.

Fix/Update Existing Problems First before Alchemy
Seriously WOTC? Why on earth would you make a new format when your existing platform needs so much work. If you want to add new features, add the ones your player base has been begging for, not ones the game would be perfectly fine without. All you’re doing is creating more of a mess for yourselves in the long run and slowly but steadily eroding your player base

Default Basic Land
Please allow us to preset the selection of a particular art of basic land for deck building, it's has been 'coming soon' for a very long time now.

Players with excessive triggers on the stack will cause the opponent to start using timeouts and eventually lose
Any deck that has an infinite combo that puts triggers on the stack can cause this bug.

Can not sacrifice ollenbock escort during combat
Playing on iOS iPad
Premier draft
Opponent attacks, I declare blockers, ollenbock escort and another creature. Before damage I want to sac the ollenbock escort to pump the other creature. I am not given the option to sac the ollenbock escort and both my creatures die.42 votes -
Unable to submit deck
Every day, when I try to play Arena in basic play mode, I am unable to play due to not being able to submit ANY deck that I have, including the pre-generated decks given to me by the game itself. Y'all need to fix this.

Opponent Goes First x Infinite
The opponent goes first 95% of the time and this is total garbage I spend like $100 every time the new set comes out I want to get a refund from Apple. This is fraud. Somewhere in the 40 to 60% range seems more normal.

Permanent Pauper Historic Format!
Many of us look forward to pauper events, but it's never enough. It would be awesome to be able to use our thousands of common wildcards to build pauper decks. Imagine being able to play pauper in free or ranked mode.

freezes after timer
The game shortly says reconnecting.
Then the timer runs out and the game is stuck!
Not like completely frozen, because the animation og the pet keeps going smooth, and i can open the menu, but the game does not continue to pass on the turn after the timer runs out.5 votes -
Display name
It would be nice to be able to change one's display name. Personally, I would even be willing to pay to change my display name.

Provide an eternal format for MTGA
I am not opposed to Alchemy or Historic being a unique digital only format, but an eternal format where cards are unchanged needs to be implemented on Arena. Pioneer and/or Modern being the most logical. It could even be another unique format (Pioneer plus fetch lands because shuffling isn’t an issue in digital) like Historic was prior to the digital only cards. But consistency with paper cards and allowing cards to live on post-standard rotation is something that a significant portion of the player base wants, and I believe is necessary for the long-term health of MTGA.

Alchemy
Terrible idea to have rebalanced cards affect historic. Leave our beloved format alone, this is nothing but a blatant money grab which will alienate a giant part of your playerbase. Ridiculous that someone even came up with this idea let alone that it was approved, all in the name of lining your pockets even more. Don't you think you make enough money with arena already??!!

bug/redirection
i've tryde to report a bug/refund for about 100 times now. Each time i try to report the bug/ask for a refund, i get redirected to these forum pages.... very frustrating.
