How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Blood on the Snow cannot be played with manually tapped non-snow mana if you have other snow mana to tap
I tried to cast Blood on the Snow with three non-snow mana and three snow mana as I intended to activate Faceless Haven with my remaining snow mana afterwards. It would not cast and only gave me the option to cancel or auto-tap, with the auto tapper automatically tapping the maximum amount of snow land and leaving me with three floating mana.

Match REPLAY Option - please add this to the MTGA Client!
An option to Replay a recent match, to go around and brag about a mythic win over your opponent should be available in the game!
I just had this experience, that I wanted to share... and.... blah - not possible!

A liason
No spokes person for your bug reports? Am I under the correct assumption? I had an issue with a draft token after a Mstery Pass purchase not show up, remedied in less than 48 hours. Cool, as to be expected when you pay for something, you should receive all of what you paid for yes? My daily's are busted, bad.....bug report out there for weeks in addition to all those suffering the woes of daily's not populating, or the shuffler! Tibalts Trickery Ban
I'm tired of having turn two mountains dropped on my head. The latest was during a historic game where somehow, the opponent mulled down to 3 cards, and played a land first. I used my first turn to thought seize a Trickery from their hand. Next turn they draw Trickery and counter a spell, then somehow land an Ugin and Ulamog on the field at the same time. Totally fair with how little effort and engenuity is needed for this to work. Reminds me of the old days when people tricked out Emrakul turn two in modern with various cards.…

Shaking effect
I would welcome the option to turn off the new shaking effect when card hits the board.

Bug: Infinitre Loading initial scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. start MTG arena version 2021.3.22.3536 (3536.856069).
2. wait for game to load main screen
3. infinite loading initial scene.Uninstall game.
Reinstall game.
Play game.
Reboot PC.

Customer Feedback page reports "Couldn't submit your request" after clicking "Submit" but the request shows up anyways.
When clicking "Submit" on an idea, I am greeted by a red "Sorry, couldn't submit your request" error message. The request goes through anyways but this could result in users double or triple posting ideas/bug reports.

Roping after update
Just forced to restart Arena due to a maintenance update and now I'm stuck in a game because of the ROPERS. I'm on Win 10 PC and now, a Roper named "cloud" is roping with no recourse due to the fact that he has had 4 timeouts for 10 minutes now. Please fix this. Now because of his poor sportsmanship, it looks like I'm going to have to concede the match or forever be playing this match to no end. What happened?? It worked 30 mintues ago. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

Timer
Timer for all games.
The college event doesn't seem to have a turn timer. My opponent has been sitting there for over 10 minutes without making a move. If there is a timer, it is clearly not functioning lol.

Authentication Failed for "User name" bug
When trying to open the game in my PC, I keep getting an error message saying that "Authentication failed for 'username'" instead of logging in to the game.
Regardeless of what I've tried (reinstalling, updating, updating through Epic Games), I can't solve this issue.
I've seen A LOT OF USERS have been affected by this issue, but still there is no answer or workaround.6 votes -
Banned cards
I used wild cards to craft a card I didn’t know was banned. There should be a way to tell the player that the card is banned before crafting it. It only informed me after I had used 4 rare wild cards. Please fix this and thank you.

Sound not working
I have been playing arena on iOS since lunch without issue but just yesterday my sound completely stopped working in the app and I have no idea why. I have restarted my phone and I have read that others who have had this same issue have had little to no luck even when deleting And reinstalling the app. I tend to rely on the sound for certain cues so this is essentially unplayable for me now. I will try reinstalling the app but if that does not work what is the next step?? It is not my phone because my…

Feature to Report players
I am constantly matched against people who, when they're losing, use all 3 or how many ever they have of the 30 second time outs to just troll and make me waste my time. There needs to be a report feature where toxic players such as them receive some sort of penalty to discourage the action. It happens to me so often its ridiculous. especially since I try to burn through my turns as fast as possible or even concede if I know I will loose.

Allow Sparky to use already built deck that we own
Would be nice to make Sparky use the decks we built to test a deck againt another or having it use a random deck from ours.

Saga glitch
Enchantment Sagas keep glitching on me. There has been a lot of games where sagas either work on step one then not on the rest, the first 2 steps happen simultaneously, or none of the steps work at all and the saga card just enters the battlefield. It can happen when playing the saga from hand or replaying from a Yorion. This happens on both Mac and PC. It has unfairly won me some games but, for the most part, has lost me more than i've won.

Wizards needs a better support model
For a game this big, Wizards should have a much more robust DevOps and support strategy. Many of us spend big dollars for a satisfying user experience and it seems like the level of sustainment is sub-par. It feels like they have a localized team, versus a "follow the sun" distributed model that can rapidly react and remediate issues.

Kill the Mill
I find mill decks to be an abomination of the game. The entire strategy around them is based on avoiding to actually battle other players and instead force their game to end because they run out of cards. It's a very anti-magic style of play which I want nothing to do with. As a result, the massive resurgence of this format has made the game unbearable for me to play. Black screen waiting to connect to server
After logging in screen is waiting to connect to server. Never happens. Uninstalled, restart iPhone with up to date iOS and magic arena update. Was like this from day 2 of iOS until a week in, had two days where I could play and back to black screen
