How to report a bug

  1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
  2. The actual results you’re experiencing
  3. The expected results of the feature
  4. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
  5. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

If you would like to post an attachment to an existing thread, please start a new thread with your comment and leave a message for the moderators to merge your thread with the existing one.

If you receive an error message that your attachment did not upload, please check to make sure it is smaller than 50 MB.

  2. Resurrecting Ral's Elemental Crashes Game

    Game crashed after trying to resurrect Izzium Elemental from graveyard using the 5 mana black spell. Game crashed and failed to summon the elemental.

  3. Match shutting down

    Match shut down due to error, I recieved loss despite having higher health.

    Ashiok v Kiora

    Kiora had 2 health remaining, attacked with two creatures and I recieved error message stating "match shutting down"

  5. Match crashed with automatic defeat

    Match crashed in turn 6 with both champions with similar health. I got an automatic defeat and then the graphics were bad for a while but then the fame worked as usual without the need do reboot.

  7. Game freezes when connection changed at VS screen

    If you change your connection (e.g. switch from Data to WiFi) at the moment the VS screen announces who you are playing, the game will permanently freeze. If you force close and restart it, it will ask if you want to resume the game, clicking confirm causes it to permanently freeze again.

  8. Armour granted on next card drawn. Challenge not updated for "play armour creature"

    Since 0.11 update. I play the 1 point white creature card which gives the next creature drawn armour. Next turn, I play the next card and have therefore played a card with armour.
    When the game finishes, I check my challenges and the "play creature with armour" has not been updated.
    I expect the challenge to count.
    No workaround.
    I had this with 2 games on a row.

  10. Ward did not work

    I played a 10/10 creature with Ward.
    On my opponents turn, she played the Sun something card that does 10 damage to all opponents creatures and the opponent.
    My other creatures took 10 damage and were destroyed and I lost 10 health. I expected the warded creature to be protected and not take damage. It actually took 10 damage and was destroyed.

  14. Ashiok nightmare distributions seem more toward the bottom of deck

    When playing Ashiok many times it seems that the last card in the opponents deck gets more than a random amount of nightmares. Things like 3 cards left and have 12 nightmares in their deck, the top two drain for 1 or 2 and the last one drains for 8 or 9. One reason might be how 'Get ahead' interacts with the bottom of the deck. If the nightmares on the bottom card simply move to the second bottom card then over the course of a game this could basically tripple the nightmares on the bottom card. (Assuming you cast…

  16. Alhammarret effects triggers crash

    When Alhammarret deals damage, more often than not the game will crash when the effect is triggered.

    There doesn't seem to by consistency to when it works correctly and doesn't.

    When I log back in, the card is in my hand with a cost of 1, as it should.

  18. Scion of ashaya & panharmonic

    I had someone use the panharmonic on a scion and it effectively double its health, but this shouldn't work.

    The ability has already drained all of your mana the first time it is summoned. Therefore after you use panharmonic on scion, there is no mana left and the ability should add 0 to attack and defense.

  19. Teferi's Staff Glitch

    When adding an additional charge to Teferi's Staff with Stern Artificer or Gear Mender the additional charge does not give you a trap.

    It will activate, but no trap is given. The artifact will then say 0.
    At the end of your turn, the artifact will recharge and go back to 1.
    And then the whole step will repeat during your next turn.
