Add Card to a deck, from the NEW Card interface
When you click a NEW card (or any card really), you could add a button "Add to Deck", that would get you to the decks page, you click the deck you want this new card to be added, when a deck has already 30 cards, then it should list the deck to say "Which card you want to remove to make room for the new card?".
Open Card, Click Add to Deck, Click the Deck, Choose the Card to be removed, confirm. In 5 clicks the card is added to a deck.
As of now you gotta:
See you gotta a new card
Memorise the name (or characteristic)
Go to Cards page
Choose Deck
Pick a Deck to open
Choose Edit
Remove a card
Search for the new card you wanted to add first
(it might take a bit back and forth or scrolling)
Save and Exit
9 clicks not considering searching a card you might not even remember the name after all these steps...

I like this idea. I had a similar one...the "collections" view you can get to from the deck screen, not very useful. you could click on a card from collections and it could list all the decks below, with those the card is in first with the +/- on each deck, allowing you to quickly add to multiple decks
