Bug Report: Stuck in Loading Screen
Hi Magic Spellslingers support team,
Loving my experience so far with the game but I'm having an issue with the game loading on my device. Specifically, on my Z Fold 3, I am unable to successfully load the game past the initial game splash and white loading screen (with the gold progress/loading bar below) while booting the game on my outer screen. But if I open my device to the larger screen on my Z Fold 3 device, I have no issues loading up the game and finally getting into the main menus and playing a game. I don't know if it's a big particularlay with my device but I did find it weird that I was able to load my game on the outer screen during the tutorial sections, but everything after unlocking the first Planeswalker, Chandra, has not successfully loaded for me unless I restart the app on the inner (larger, unfolded) screen. I'm finding that this is happening specifically when my main menu was previously loaded in the either having training or the standard mode selected. But if I am currently in an event and have some games left to compete in for the event (like the opening ceremony event) then my game will load just fine on my outer screen.
Again I'm using the Samsung Z Fold 3 and prefer to play unfolded (closed) on the outer (smaller) screen for portability preferences. Thanks!
