After playing for a few hours on Steam, I downloaded the app on my phone. I linked accounts, then opened the game on my phone. At the start of the tutorial as soon as it loaded into gideon vs chandra I had to quit out of the app suddenly (closed it as my boss walked by) and I re opened it later. Now the tutorial progress until it's supposed to do Chandra vs Gideon after the weird eye guy talks, but the view freezes at a camera perspective overlooking the arena, presumably before zooming in to the ground and loading the fight.

As such the game is unplayable on my phone, unfortunately.
